it's at about 450 mg per day.

the energy drinks i have are at about 75.5 mg *per can*.

the recommended daily limit (for an adult, assumedly) is at about 500-600 mg, but 750 to 1000 mg isn't likely to kill someone, will probably have side effects though.

It's uhh, COFFEE PLZ blue background with a lime filter. <x} Thought it made it look a little more...LOONEY. XD
