hah, urban legend, more like mass hysteria. the stuff people spew about candy dangers every year have literally never been actual problems, big city or not.

i mean, of course there's isolated incidents here and there were people mess with food, but that's... not an only halloween danger. that's an existing in a world where 1 in however many millions is fucked up enough to do horrible shit to random people thing.

I mean, I have always had anxiety issues and as a kid I was literally afraid of EVERYTHING. So when the cops came into the school before Halloween to warn about making sure candy gets checked before you eat anything, ofc I took that shit seriously. I know it's not a common thing.

Nah, I never had a microwave. Couple years ago my granny used to have one of these tiny sandwich ovens that look similar to a microwave, but when it broke, she figured she didn't even use it often enough to warrant a replacement.
