Albel is a character from Star Ocean: Till The End of Time. He was known as "Albel the Wicked" early on because he's a brutal character. The party fights him and he is very strong. Albel later joins party. It takes a while, but the team befriends him. He has a couple of outfits, but this is the first thing he is seen wearing in the game:
