LOL! Yes, it is. The mushroom's got a few stitches in its gills the colour of the cap, but that doesn't take away from it. I mean, shrooms get bruises.
And now I'm trying to remember my last game of yarn chicken... oh yeah. Last weekend's mushroom sprite! Fluffy dark pink yarn.

It's hard sometimes with the dollar store yarn. They don't always give you enough in the balls.

Got so frustrated with Roll20 that I decided to build a quick and dirty map for my players in my D&D game.

Trystan, almost as frustrating as digging through the yarn bag and not finding a size match for the yarn I'm making a duckling out of for my pastor's wife.

Think I found some at the dollar store today. In't it funny how dollar store yarn often costs just as much as regular yarn, but isn't as well made when it's not brand name stuff that they bought cheap or something? ...And probably sometimes when it IS brand name stuff they bought cheap.

And the d20 fort for the cats is so cool!
I was gonna re-wrap the sisal scratching posts an my cat tower only to discover that my staple gun is too wimpy. So about half the poles are just bare cardboard tubes now. XP
Cheapest option: buy upholstery nails and pray they hold.
Best option: invest in heavy-duty staple gun because re-wrapping is cheaper than buying a new tower.

In other crafting news, I did math and realized my temperature blanket was probably only gonna come out to be around 4 feet long at most so I'm doing 2 rows per day instead of the traditional 1 because I like my blankets to be huge. And also my initial yarn order arrived and I realized I was gonna have to modify my teal/green colors because the ine color was too blue and I didn't have a good lightest shade. So I went more on the green side for the lighter shades but the lightest green is the wrong yarn weight...and I need it for day 2 on the blanket so I'll be at a standstill after I finish the day 1 rows.
And also decided to over-do it and am using a large herringbone stitch pattern for my blanket. Because why be normal when I can be overly complicated? Lol

i have scratching posts i ought to rewrap. and a couch I'm trying to figure out how to inexpensively re-upholster myself. maybe just get a new inexpensive couch! XD

Trystan, yes, sometimes. And nowdays sometimes it's brand name stuff, or really well labled knockoffs. I like the fort! Numbers, yes! BUT. In another language. Like Dwarven, or Quenya. XD
