[Uke]

Curiously looking at him for a moment, Zero slowly lifted the covers to offer the spot beside him.

[Mint]

Treat crawled under the covers like a kitten and curling up at Zero's side.

[Uke]

With a small smile, Zero covered the boy back up with the blanket and flicked the TV off, before laying back against the bed and closing his eyes.

[Mint]

It wasn't long before Zero was beginning to drift off with boys warm against him on the bed. He slipped off softly- drug induced sleep deep and dreamless. It was a long while before he slowly blinked his eyes open. He was staring up at the ceiling, but not that of his hospital room. The room he was in now was shifting beneath him a bit and he soon realized that he was moving. Blinking his eyes a little clearer, he came to the quick conclusion that he was in the backseat of a car- Trick and Treat lying against him- still fast asleep.

[Uke]

His brain tried to tell him that he needed to he alarmed, but he couldn't focus on one thought long enough to panic. Instead, he tried to stop his vision from swimming as he looked around, trying to figure out who was in the driver's seat. "Nn...?"

[Mint]

"Zero?" Far turned in his seat and blinked at the Asian boy. "Are you hurt? I didn't mean for you wake up en-route."

[Uke]

The voice sounded so familiar... but he couldn't seem to place it. "Nn...?"

Zero slowly sat up, careful not to wake the twins.

[Mint]

"Are you alright?" Far asked again- not looking at the road as he spoke. "I found you and the boys...I didn't care if it was a trap, I had to get you out of there."

Treat whimpered softly as Zero held him against his chest with his brother. She Squirmed a little in Zero's hold before settling down- seeming to relent and drift back off.

[Uke]

"Nn?" Zero attempted, his throat burning even with the little bit of noise. Something told him he could trust this person... something told him not to worry.

[Mint]

"Zero, what's wrong?" Far pleaded. "Are you hurt?"

A car horn sounded and he turned back to the road quickly- expertly weaving around the on-coming traffic and back into his lane. If it had been Matt, he never would have drifted into danger at all, but Far's reflexes were still pretty impressive.

[Uke]

Zero jumped in surprise and curled around the twins, waking them both up in his alarm.

"Wha-!?" Trick cried in surprise and clouded confusion.

[Mint]

"Ngh!" Treat's eyes blinked open- though still mostly foggy with sleep. "N-no! Don't!"

He started to struggle.

"What's happening!?" Far asked worriedly from the front. "Zero, is anyone hurt?"

[Uke]

Zero gasped as Treat trashed in his hold, trying to calm the boy but only managing to make it worse. "Aah-!"

"FAR!" Trick cried in surprise.

[Mint]

"No, please!" Treat wailed trying to push off of Zero. "Don't hold me!"

"Trick, what's happening back there?" Far begged. "Is someone hurt?"

[Uke]

Zero released Treat and backed away, holding up his hands to show that he wasn't going to hurt the boy.

"Treat, its okay-!" Trick cried, holding up his hands as well. "Its me, Zero, and Far!"

[Mint]

Treat looked at all of them- moving back on the seat and curling up into a little ball.

"Treat, I got you out of the hospital." Far said- watching the boy in the re-view. "I wanted to make you all safe. No-one's here to hurt you."

"Why were you holding me?" Treat asked Zero. "I couldn't move."
