I woke up sleeping in a strange way today. Our bed is on it's last leg, neither me nor my husband can get a good nights sleep on it anymore. It's one thing on our list to get.

we got a new mattress a few years ago, so i don't think that was why i've been sore the past two mornings.

Well it often helps to tighten the bed legs and sometimes it helps getting a extra mattress.
Sometimes the mattress can make you feel bad some backs just don't like some mattresses.
