1.) Top of her head. It's too flat. Maybe a bit more curved?
2.) Pupils...have gotta stay in the middle of the irises. The irises are the ones doing the moving.
3.) The upper arms should be a tiny bit longer.
4.) Lips. They...should be bigger. Lots bigger.
5.) The chest...is really awkward. First of all, the bare part shouldn't be so pronounced. Second...actually lemme just draw a ref.

Back from dinner.

Hm...Not too bad. The eyes look a bit off....
They're tilted down a bit on the outsides; maybe they should be rotated a bit? And some shading in the eyes never hurt anyone. I think. Unless you're like me and trying to shade silver eyes with a pen. That was bad.

Also remember that the bottom lip is fuller than the top.
