Sakura - In the US, I believe 5'4 is average height for women, and 5'9 for men. Though I think overall the average for men is 6 foot. I'm not entirely sure for women.

Ah, I see. Yeah, 6' seems about right to me, though actually now that I think about it I know quite a few guys significantly shorter than that, too.

Where I lived in Connecticut growing up, there was a high concentration of Italian Americans.
