but yea i'm doing undergrounds like crazy looking for a blue stone.. and keeping an eye open on the shops.. ><

i called comcast cause my email connected to my login/account was hacked a bit ago (i blame wow seeing as i have to call blizzard as well to get my battle.net account back -.-) an at first i call an i can't find a internet help line on the automated answering thing so i go to billing, that guy sends me to the internet area i wait for 20 minutes an hung up after getting no answer. Call a second time this time in a different section an i get some guy that sounds Indian an so he asks for a bit about my account an then sends me over to the internet section AGAIN an then i wait another 15 minutes an someone picks up finally. This guy sounds African or something his English was barely understandable x.x an he keeps telling me i cannot change my email/log in to anything else so means i can't get a different log in at all in order to replace the hacked account... so after i get off the phone with him i go into my comcast account an poke enough stuff till i finally got my email to get switched over.. for the past few weeks i've been trying to do this an it never worked before Dx it's like ugh what good is your help lines if they don't understand what im saying!?

I recently had a problem with Xbox Live and I had a really similar story. I even got hung up on by some lady there. 3:

i had to call Nintendo support before (got a jap guy go figure) but my ds top screen suddenly got a bunch of multi color lines across in an it had been sitting on my dresser for like a month .. i had been busy with school work an such Dx

but it was a limited edition red mario one so i was like but i just got it i still have the warranty :D so i called ninteno an all that an i get told the screens aren't covered in the warranty and im like um.. what.... an then the guy goes on to accuse me of throwing it against the wall or dropping it so i asked him if i sounded like a 5 year old boy to him. but he did say i could send it in to get the screens replaced.. though the fee was as much as paying for a new one .. so instead i pawned it off on gamestop an got a slim Dx
