Well, among other things, I have a family to feed. There's also a termination clause in my contract that specifies the penalties if I quit before I've satisfied certain conditions.

The conditions didn't seem so bad when I signed it, and the benefits seemed like they'd be worth it.

The benefits haven't materialized and the working conditions have gotten worse.
