sleep is for the weak young warrior! You could die in your sleep by the slightest hand from a rogues blade.. You'd do your best to stay awake and fight till the end or rest among your fellows

Perhaps indeed dear fellow knight, but having ice tails prevents some attacks, those assets are quite useful when rest is needed, especially if the fight is to last for more than a day.
