I'm not a lactose intolerant. However my stomach is very very weak. Which means, too much of one thing is very bad for me.
But a little bit of everything is okay.
There's this one time where I ate 2 pints of ice cream...>.> I suffered from diarrhea for 3 days...and had a stomach flu after a week.

the last time I remember, humans NEED milk, even after they're weaned off. Mainly because milk is rich in calcium we all need.

We don't need milk per say. We need calcium for bones and teeth and whatnot but not necessarily from milk.

And I heard that from my doctor. Also... my orthodontist said that human's teeth are changing as well, because our diets are changing. SO more people seem to need braces and such xDD

It's all evolution... humans CAN drink milk of course... but that doesn't mean that we were -made- to. Its kinda like feeding pets... we do all basically fall into "animal" territory... and such we have a "diet". But, in the end, humans will eat whatever they wanna and nothing is gonna stop us |D

Well, since milk is the easiest calcium source we all humans can get a grasp on, that's human's basic instinct for survival.
That fact won't stop me from drinking teh papaya milkshake my mom made today <3
