She wants to be equal to everyone, so helping someone on something is bad because then she will have to be equal and help everyone else with something. Err something along those lines. xD

Hmm, what left us are users, you can have the form to help to vote for the candidates in specific category. Kind of like American Idol when people comes in for Audition. xD

Well no we select a winner before hand and tell them. We just call them off and write it out like what an actual award show would look like.
