I'm in no pain today, at all, the resting part really does help. and if I reeeeeeeally need i can take some of shibas anti inflamitories(somethign that was suggested, but I admitted I'm bad about eatting large meals regularly)

Oh yeah I know how that feels. I hardly eat when I am at work I hardly eat when at home.

I usually get in a fast breakfast and a good dinner, but that's about it

I eat once I get home that is about noon. Then pass out from being up most of the night then eat something small when I wake up then back to bed then repeat for the next day. So I really don't know what its sometimes I'm so tired I forget to eat and only eat a meal once a day. >_<;;;
