I got second place in an avatar contest for another site. Thats was awesome. And since I am too sick to return to work, the school and my students threw me a party and gave me gift. My students even presented me with a check for the $567.80 that they raised to help me pay for my medical treatment I will be needing 3 times a week now. I teared up. They are such wonderful children. I will miss teaching terribly.

Applied for a job, started a new book, and exercised my right as a citizen of a democratic country! For all the good I'm sure it did but I'm one of those that refuses to compromise my vote because of things like "oh that guy won't win."
