Derpy decides to spend the last little bit of time exploring the tunnels. He loads his backpack up with more snacks than it should be able to hold, puts on a tiny hard hat and waddles down a random tunnel, shvel in hand.

Derpy:

you randomly decided on your random tunnel adventure to pick a way you hadn't gone before. something about the ceiling seems weaker here, as though you're closer to the surface than in the other tunnels. that seems dangerous! but you're also not an excavations expert! so you assume that galla knows what they're doing and scurry along just a little bit faster!

then, you hear a great grand rumblerumble from up above. heavy footsteps that make a few bits of dirt from the suspiciously built ceiling crumble in a not at all comforting way.

do you try to surface here to see what that noise was, or scurry even faster to get somewhere less likely to collapse under the weight of whatever was moving around up there?

It'll take you . . .2 hours to climb out unless somebody happens by and rescues you.
When you climb out you will return to the last junction and go left or right (right is the way you haven't gone)
