(It can be used to show someone hiding something. But the lack of answer does not definitively state the negative.)

(Not definitely, but it also doesn't mean it is always incorrect. People usually change conversation theme or avoid the answer when the other has in fact pointed out truth. And, anyways, flirting doesn't necessarily mean wishing for romantic relationships and feelings. XD But, yea, I guess we're getting off the point P= )
