My fan is broke but it still works thank god xD
The um top part just doesn't swivel anymore, you have to actually move the base to turn it lol
But it's teeny so it's no biggie >D

Ugh never mind I understand your pain. I live in NC to. I especially hate the summers when its humid and over 90 degrees. Although this summer was strange since it thunderstorm alot.
