I'm not familiar with the urban legend? But then not surprised there would be involving Keith Richards.

That he used tons of drogs and stuff but was still alive because they transfused all of his blood out and he got new one... monthly

I think those are fine. I'm pretty sure I donated when I was still on them. They usually have a list of anything that might not be allowed. Wish I could still take them now, or find more effective ones.

OR maybe I saved the life of someone who didn't deserve it! We'll never know. I also remember registering as a bone marrow donator but never got called for uuuh anything
