Well, we went through all the things I had in my room and cut back to enough I could actually take with me when I move out. I'm the one that reads the most in this house. I still have a couple shelves of my favorites, though. Including my Shakespeare. Very bueno.

Heheh, one of the few things I've done for this house is have a bookshelf and coat closet built in the living room, and a bookcase for paperbacks in my bedroom.

Ohh, nice! I honestly don't know how people can go without reading at least once in a while.

I'll be honest, I kind of stopped reading books because I was reading fan fic online and I didn't have money for new books. I'm getting back into now though.

Pfft. Fan fics still count. Just a different sort of reading.

*nods* But it's not the same as holding a book in your hand. And there is no book smell. *laughs* I freaked some friends of mine out once when one of them had a new textbook and I buried my nose in the book and went "ooooooo, new book smell!!!"

-snickers- That's adorable! I've done the same, honestly... But not with a textbook. Their Harry Potter! They never let me borrow it because of that...

Heheh, I had no interest in the textbook as such, but the smell was utterly intoxicating! The Philistines couldn't understand in the least why I reacted that way...

Same here. Used is so much cheaper. My friend in question was a teacher though.

I wanted to be a teacher for a while... Then I realized that I get too irritated at people. And kids.

I don't like kids at all. I knew I could never be a teacher.

I wanted to teach Latin.

Of course, I wanted to be a doctor for a while, too.

And a psychologist.

I would probably be better off just being a philosopher of some sort. I like it all more in theory than application.
