Urgh. It's what people do when they want you to admit to something. "Are you SURE you don't need anything? Like DEODORANT PERHAPS??" Like that. Except without the last part. But still with the weird insistent face.

Maybe you could just ask them why they keep asking whether you need anything if you think they're doing it to hint at something?

I'm reserved and a little bit reclusive, people equate that with shyness, but most people who get to know me find out that such is not the case. I daresay I'm generally a very confident individual and my social skills are very good.

I liked the idea of having a hangout that was causal and yet not a "Club" per say, something people didn't have to commit to and could come back as regulars or just drop in from time to time, a pub is a nice cozy place to be with the right atmosphere and the right company.
