There's a chain of command for a reason.
You should never feel like you're being harassed or discriminated against, especially not by a manager. There are actually laws in place to protect you from retaliation -- it's illegal to fire you for having a legitimate complaint about your work environment. You should have gone to Bob weeks ago if this is a frequent thing. This is patently unacceptable behavior for a manager. I strongly encourage you to speak to him at the earliest possible convenience. You shouldn't put up with this any longer than you already have.

Coda; There are several little things but she never does the same thing twice. I don't know how I am to prove it with no physical evidence. Plus it is her word against mine. Though I've been there longer, she is of higher standing. Often times she plays favorites but how do I prove it? They'll tell me it is all in my head. As it is they won't give me a proper fitting shirt. The shirts are too short, and I haven't washed it knowing they will shrink another two inches. I can barely tuck it in now. I keep asking for a longer shirt so they gave me the next size up, it did nothing but make the shirt look too big on me, but did not extend the length of it. They refuse me a men's shirt. Even the general manager tells me I can't have the men's shirts (which are a lot longer. I have a long torso).
Echo; I'm not sure I understand? -Hiatus- Leave a message.

Talk to Bob. He hired her.
In my store they make it very clear that you should be able to talk to your supervisors with out repercussions. If you can not or do not feel comfortable talking to Bob, call human resources and ask them what you should do with out incriminating any one if possible.

Poggio; Thanks. I may try calling human resources. I'll have to grab the number in the break room. None of my managers like confrontation. And I'm not sure what HR can even do. I may try to anyway.
It's driving me nuts I don't have work all week. Not because I don't mind time off, but I can't afford it financially. -Hiatus- Leave a message.

You might be getting laid off. That's what happens around here. You don't get scheduled to work for a few weeks, and then when you ask about it the answer is "Oh, I fired you a few weeks ago."

They don't have enough cashiers to do that. Autumn said it was because the schedule was so delicately balanced.
Not to mention if they lay off, I shouldn't be the first. I have the most seniority among the cashiers. (I've only been there a little over a year). -Hiatus- Leave a message.
