I felt that barrel of monkeys was far more tasteful than something drug related. However if you want a custom title you can request one, or gain one after talking with staff after a period of time to something surrounding the conversation.

Yes, if you are talking about you as a cupcake they will do that. Like they did with me since I'm Fire related so they just gave me "Spicy Boob Pudding". xD
