It seems you are already taking the appropriate actions by not making yourself look like the bad guy as well as warning him on taking him to court. Be very careful because he sounds like he isn't all too sane in the head. Just watch your back and keep your friends close. Don't go near him again because that sounds like you'll be setting yourself up for disaster.

I can't give him an ass-kicking, then he can pull the homophobe card on me, and believe me, he's done it before. To my gran! I nearly beat him to a pulp when i next saw him even though he was going to Gretna Green to marry his boyfriend! But i didn't, i was a good girl and grit my teeth. My friends wondered why i was so uptight that day ^.^

(i have a very fiery temper at the best of times, my friends call me Firecracker :D ) Spell getting done soon, the freeze charm was easy, but the binding . . . difficult because i have to a make a symbol/monogram that represents him; every time i try i tear it up because it doesn't feel right.

I know this is a double-post technically, but i didn't want to add it into the old one.

Anyway, i have an update. Several, actually.

On the day this post was made, his shop closed. For good.

Earlier this week he gave me a reference for another job.

He's stopped saying things about me, now it's just about women and witches in general, which i find hilarious; most of his friends and aqquaintances are witches, does the guy not realise how running his mouth off might be dangerous? I know one or two have even less restrain than me! Oh, and the freeze charm worked like . . . well, like a charm.

Also, i think i freaked him out; went into the shop the day after he accused me of theft and even though i said nothing about it, i think it spooked him a little :D

Just thought i'd let you all know; i kept my head above water and now i'm happily swimming again.
