get lots of rest and drink juices with high in vitamin c like Apple Juice and Orange juice and if you need to eat solid food then I find bread to help out a lot. And I find that when I get sick the humidifier works too

Maro, I have been sick for two weeks... It sucks I know. My tummy is all flipping and flopping it seems cause I get the nausea feeling every time I move around too much. I have had headaches more now then I ever had before.

I had a sore throat once. And I have a stuffy nose when I go outside before I go to bed, probably due to the cold weather in the first place. It's a bother some and being out on a farm, I don't get the time to drive to the city to go see a doctor.
