I always seem to hang onto one or two, "just in case," but in case of what I haven't figured out yet. I've given the odd one away to new people that weren't around for older events, but not sure I'll have many spares this time around.

What plants to you have Yokuu? I used to be an avid gardener but haven't really had a plot for a while now. My last attempts weren't working so well but the plants weren't great to begin with. I got a Cyclamen plant for my birthday and another that my older sister spotted at the nursery when they were out, knowing I liked the first one. They seem to do alrigth in the meagre sunlit corner of the basement I live in.

Ah. My sister has a small patio veggie garden, but she has a teeny tomato plant. Never tried my hadn with vegetables, though I would like to try strawberries one time. We had a patch in the garden where I grew up but they were never very prosperous. If we were lucky, we got around six or so. A little disappointing for a kid, but tastey. The alpine strawberries we had did much better but they are tiny and don't make for much of a dessert.

Mine are gigantic...except the one that fell and broke, but it rose from the ashes and has grown and has blooms. GO TOMATO PLANT GOOOO! XD
Did you feed them? Did you plant them at the right time? Maybe the soil/plants hated you .-. That happens sometimes.

The garden was my mom's and some plants don't like her much (Basil being one of them). She's an avid and experienced gardener, and I recall the strawberry spot not being the best. The potatoes did great there though.
I just have my two cyclamen plants, and looking them up online, they are either the most finicky or the easiest plants in teh world to look after. The trick is getting them to bloom again once they finish. The one plant has seed pods on it so I'm hoping to grow some new ones, just to see if I can do it.
