And walking is actually sometimes more reccomended (effed up the spelling on that) for work outs if you're gonna be doing more stuff later, 'cause it's like a warm up and then your body can burn more shit. Like doing an hour of stretches before you do the actual shit in gymnastics (did that for about a year). So don't get too bummed out about it. :]

Also; OMG. I'm sorry I keep saying it but... spice girls are taking over my soul. And my body rem. all the moves to every single song even tho' my brain doesn't. :'D [/content with life]
