Except it's not, because one's behavior in unimportant situations, like a wallet, and their behavior in important ones, like war changing ones, are completely and utterly different. If we are only talking about a wallet, then yes, give it back, no matter who its owner is. If we're talking about something that changes more than just that... It still depends. Still I guess I'm more... Realistic in the matter mhmm. If you know who the wallet belongs to then give it back but if you don't you run the chance of giving the wallet back to the wrong person and nothing is accomplished
