:( I am at that point. My best friend/sister is getting to that point too :( I let her know some stuff Mike told me, and she'll probably apply to the ones near her and she actually lives a 20 min walk from the Taco Bell he works at, so I suggested her applying there. What I let her know is some GMs actually will mostly place girls on cash.
