"If I were blind by it then i would have taken my chance when I had it to strike him down. Before I ran across you I saw him but I wasn't foolish enough to test how much strength I had left." He frowned a little what the hell was he saying he was talking about killing her own sibling, but .. there wasn't any other way he was the cause of this area being attacked he was a threat to this whole area along with any of the other commanders. If he thought that they could be talked out of it he would have tried by now but that seemed as likely as getting a audience with the Light elf king himself.
He laughed slightly as she went back to her talk of having some good. "Probably stupidity as to why I didn't kill you when I first crossed you. Though you amused me and I hadn't had someone put me into a corner for a long while. I guess that's why I let you live. As far as killing you now.. you know very well I couldn't bring myself to do that." He looked away from her, he hated even saying such words. It was a weakness to say he couldn't harm someone she was probably right but so what one grain of good in him wasn't going to make him change his mind on killing her kind.. not when they tried on a daily basis to kill him. Smirking a bit as she spoke it was a bit funny thinking back on it a few days ago they were at each other blades ready to draw blood if the other made so much as a inch of movement. "Guess I still have the devils luck then. Though that was the closest I've come to dying in a while that's for sure.. heh" He knew very well if she had pushed her dagger in where she had it he wouldn't have lasted too long or at least not long enough to get supplies he'd need to fix it.. and then there was the chance she could have hit any number of organs that would have made the wound fatal. "Well I guess we're not so different then are we. But this is a war.. that's how your suppose to see your enemy." He shrugged a little before going on "I keep my word, if I can help it anyway.. Even if it has to be to a enemy. At that time i'd rather keep breathing then take a life, I would have said whatever you wanted me to say to prevent that blade from striking." It was a bit eerry he still could feel it in the spot she had pressed it against, it was probably his closest dance with death yet and it was from her. Whatever the cause that made them not kill one another he was thankful really, he wouldn't have been able to live it down if he found out later he killed the one person he had called a friend as a child. "I wouldn't trust myself saying that crap.. but you had me in a bit of a bind there.. I really wasn't planning to do anything against my word. I was really thinking you had some back up plan that was going to make me regret dropping that blade myself" He smiled weakly at her it wasn't something he was proud of that he had to admit defeat to someone, well in this case it was more of a draw. His ears went back as she spoke she didn't know but she was about to learn something, the very something that Neimi nearly said to her. "i have a right to not want to be close to anyone" He snapped at her suddenly. "You've always had someone around at least one person to care about you. Even back then when we were kids I had already lost everything I could possibly say I held dear to me." He stopped after his little outburst and his ears dropped further as he looked away from her. "I've been alone for most of my life I think I'm use to it by now, it's not as hard to accept being alone as you'd think. Not if you don't remember what it was like to have someone anyway." Sure it sounded a little depressing but it was the truth, his parents were killed by the last Light elf king. He never trusted any of his kind cause they hardly helped him as a child he had no fond memories it was almost amazing that he was even nice to Judith as a child. "sorry.." he finally said knowing he had been a bit harsh with her just now and she didn't really do anything wrong aside from questioning him. He didn't say anything to her for a little bit. He didn't think he had the right to speak to her just yet. Though at least she knew, though he wished it wasn't something that couldn't happen. If the peace talks all those years ago had worked.. where would the two races be now? He needed to stop thinking about that cause peace wasn't something that was ever going to happen it seemed. "you don't have to be sorry. I... I just don't know how to take it is all, I don't keep company so I don't have to deal with such things." He laughed slightly though it was rather weak sounding before he went on. "it's not right to torment someone and taunt them on knowing they won't do anything.. unless you were just trying to see if i'd give in." He half thought she might have been toying with him maybe a plot to kill him or have a excuse to.. no that's not it.

Judith couldn't help but flinch when Rhyldrin snapped at her, she had not expected it but perhaps she did deserve it. She had been teasing him and had certainly said something to upset him. "You're right, Rhyldrin." she finally gathered the strength to speak again. "I have always had someone there for me, even if they weren't the best. There was always someone there." she held back the urge to say that the only person who really did seem to care about her was Rhyldrin himself. Her parents always seemed disappointed with her behaviour, the only thing they were proud of was her ability with the bow. The acted as if they had done it themselves, but really they had nothing to do with her skill. Judith had started to train on her own, she was the one who woke up early and trained, she was the one who trained until her body was too sore to continue. Not them. They always praised Brishen but what about her? It seemed as if she never mattered really. Fuck it, she would let him know. "Though to be honest, the only person who I ever really felt was there for me was you. That may be odd for me to say but when you have parents like mine it's easy to see how I would think that." she smiled weakly at him. "They were always scolding me, I know that I misbehaved and made them angry sometimes but... It felt as if they were never happy with me. They bragged about my ability with the bow but that was it, after a while they didn't even seen to care when I told them I had perfected something. They just told me that it was wonderful or congratulated me, but they didn't even make an effort to seem like they cared." she seemed bitter thinking about it, she missed her home but if she were to return she would probably not want to live with her parents or even want to really speak to them. "They always praised Brishen," she spat, her ears dropped. "He was perfect to them, I think that they were upset that I was.... more open minded. I didn't have the same opinions as them. They thought that I was naive and always told me that I was too young to understand anything, to see how things really were." she looked at Rhyldrin, she felt as if she could open up to him. "Fuck..." she mumbled quietly to herself. She almost felt as if she could say she hated her parents. "Don't apologize," she said quietly then closed her eyes. Judith breathed out a sigh. "I'm sorry, I shouldn't be asking so many questions. I should know better, some people just prefer to be alone. I just couldn't be alone for the rest of my life, that's just me." she opened her eyes and looked at him. "I'm sorry." she smiled a bit at his comment about how she was tormenting and teasing him. "I wouldn't mind," she mumbled quietly though she wanted him to hear what she was going to say. "If you did anything, I wouldn't mind at all." she said it louder this time.

He listened to her, she pretty much said she hated her parents even without saying it. Though if they only praised her brother he could see why she'd hate them. Though they seemed like most light elves to him.. simple minded though his kind was the same in that fact. "You remember when we first met? I had that cut and it was still bleeding.. heh I had every intention that I was to draw my last breath that day but I was going to take out as many light elves as I could muster.." He didn't look at her while he spoke he didn't want to he never bothered to really sit down and tell anyone what he was going to tell her. "I had just found out earlier that day that both of my parents were dead.. it was during the time of the peace talks. The only thing I was really told was that they were killed execution style in the middle of the Light elf capital. The orders came from the King himself at the time."
He seemed to stop for a moment trying to figure out what to really say. "What was I suppose to do everything that I had was gone, I had been practicing day and night to follow my father in his trade and after that day I wasn't allowed to do the very thing I wanted or still held onto." He sighed after a moment and leaned back against the couch closing his eyes again. "You want to know why I don't get close to anyone.. that's why. No one bothered to speak my name even until they found out I was handy with a blade. Rather funny really, it's the opposite of what I was planning to do with my life." He smirked a bit, why was he telling her this it didn't matter it wasn't really a excuse he could have been stronger and put a foot down and stood up for what he wanted.. though as a child that was hard to do. After she spoke again he looked at her, it wasn't what he was expecting to hear. Really he didn't think he had done that much for her.. sure as a kid he helped her out on a almost daily basis but that's cause he had nothing better to do. Though either way he listened to her talk about[her parents and that they never seemed happy with her. "You can't really blame them.. this war has been in the making for years" He wasn't going to say it was probably his fault it really sparked.. with killing the last king he thought that might be a bit too much for her. "most don't give it a chance or rather don't get the chance to talk with the other side let alone get a different opinion formed about them. I know I got a few scars from going out to the edge of the dark elf control area to see you, so it's not that hard to believe that your parents would act like that." He smiled at her, he hadn't told her when they were kids that a few times he was caught.. his kind was a little more violent then most light elves that was certain. He waved off her sorry. his slight temper seemed to be under control once again. It had only flared because she was prying onto a topic he didn't like going into details about. "Your allowed to question, I've said it before one of us has to talk might as well be you" He went back to resting his head back and closing his eyes thinking on what to say for a moment. "It's not that I want to be alone.. I just don't want people getting close I never learned how to trust someone to get that close. Let alone on a daily basis I'm out on some mission or another with the chance that my life will end that day. How could I ask anyone to deal with that, they'd never know if I was dead or alive." He smirked a little it was odd for him to talk this much, he hated that she could get him to talk he was so use to saying little to nothing aside form yelling at the damned dragon. Though he was brought back out of his thoughts when she spoke again. He thought she just said she wouldn't mind, but he didn't move or make notice that he heard it the first time. Though after a moment she repeated herself. When she did he opened his eyes and looked at her almost as if he was tying to see if she was telling the truth or not. Though her face said she wasn't lying, had she really just said that so openly. He didn't have anything to say to that, it surely caught him off guard. What the hell was he suppose to say to that, though he quickly recovered himself as he looked away from her. "don't say things like that.." he didn't finish his sentence that she wasn't helping temptations by saying something like that, all these years he had lived alone and avoided coming home and she was making him question all of it in just a few days time. Let alone it wasn't helping the fact that even if he did do anything to her .. what then that's all that would happen, it's all that could happen.

Judith fell silent, she couldn't imagine the pain of losing someone that she loved. If Rhyldrin really wanted to stop her constant chatter than he had said the right thing, it felt like it had been forever before she could bring herself to speak again. "Rhyldrin..." her voice was quiet and soft, she could tell that he was uncomfortable with speaking about it from his body language. "I don't know what to say, I didn't know." she added then chewed nervously on her lower lip. Knowing this, it made sense why he was so mean to her when she had tried to help him. His parents had been killed by Light Elves, why would he want to accept help from one? Her stomach felt knotted and for a moment she almost allowed her emotions to get the better of her. It really bothered her that the king at the time had done such a horrible thing. Then again he had not been the best king, he was a horrible man and it didn't make sense that the Light Elves allowed him to rule over them at the time. Perhaps that is why she wasn't as upset as the other Light Elves when he was found slaughtered. She was only upset when the war was declared between the Dark and Light Elves. Judith brought herself close to him, she rested her head on his shoulder and brought a hand to his stomach resting it there. She hoped that he didn't mind her doing such a thing, though he probably wouldn't at all. She closed her eyes and remained silent for a bit. Her eyes remained closed even when she began to speak again. "I understand, you don't have to explain yourself." she mumbled quietly. "I'm sorry if I upset you, Rhyldrin. It was never my intention."

He didn't seem that bothered by her not saying anything she didn't need to he wasn't still getting over the loss of his family, hell he hardly remembered them being at such a age."You don't have to say anything, it's the past. It's just why I am like this now. Sure that's a poor excuse but I don't want to drag anyone into my life not when I live this way." It was more of the fact he didn't want to hurt anyone not if he cared enough about them to allow them to get close to him let alone learn about his past, if he was killed while out on a mission he didn't want anyone there to morn his death.
He looked at her a little oddly after she seemed to make herself comfortable while leaning against him. It wasn't that he minded he just wasn't really sure what to do, he had a urge to pull away from her but for the moment he fought against it. Though after she spoke he shook his head a little with a slight smile. "I'm not upset so you've nothing to say sorry for." It was odd, really he didn't want to take her back.. not now after she said she didn't care if he did anything to her let alone she seemed to want to be with him for some reason.. Though he couldn't just keep her here either. Really he needed to take her back now before he got too roped up into this.. But at the same time he didn't want to move and disrupt her. He was letting his thoughts get the better of him again, or at least that's what he was telling himself. He had just finished telling her that he wanted to be alone.. well rather he was going to force himself to be alone. After a few moments he bit back a little of his restraints he had been holding onto and placed his hand over hers. He felt like he shouldn't be enjoying this yet he was, it was odd to just enjoy sitting with someone. But he'd never let her know that he was thinking that and he knew very well that it wasn't going to happen again not after he took her back.

Judith felt surprised when Rhyldrin brought his hand over hers, though she kept her hand on his stomach allowing him to do so. Besides he had not protested her resting against him comfortably or placing her hand on his stomach. Though only moments ago he was being so distant and telling her that he could never bring himself to be close to anyone anymore. It was odd for her to feel as if she shouldn't speak. For once her mind had stopped, she felt relaxed for the first time in what seemed to be forever. It was nice to share a quiet, happy moment with someone else. She let out a happy sigh and finally opened her eyes. Judith raised her head a little and looked up at Rhyldrin. He really was quite bigger than her, she felt incredibly small laying against him. Rhyldrin was about a foot and a half or two feet taller than Judith and much more built that she was. Even his hands were much bigger than hers, though she wouldn't make any dirty comments about that. She had teased the poor man enough over the past two days. Her eyes lingered on him wondering what he could possibly be thinking about. "Rhyldrin?" she purred and lifted his head from his shoulder. She kept her eyes on him and smiled. "I'm sorry if my teasing bothered you, but I can't help it." she laughed quietly. Judith moved up a little bit bringing her face to his, she had to sit up a bit more because he was much bigger than her. She pressed her forehead against his, it almost seemed as if she was going to kiss him. "I'll try not to do it as much but I can't make any promises."

It was a little odd she seemed to fall into a state of silence. Not that it was a bad thing, he was half temped to ask what she was thinking about but decided against it.. that was just asking for her to say something then. Sure he told her he didn't want to let anyone get close or vise verse ... but he didn't want to force her away not when he was going to take her back and avoid seeing her further.
Really he never noticed how small she was till he put his hand over hers. Sure he was commonly a good few inches taller then most of the light elves he fought against but she was at least a foot shorter then him and her frame was tiny all the same. Though in his thought process he moved his hand and looked away from her, even though he didn't want to he'd have to bring it up soon that they needed to leave. He looked at her again when she moved her head and spoke his name catching his attention again. He seemed to question why she said his name though it was answered before he could ask. Though her answer wasn't something he would have expected. "can't help it huh.. " He laughed slightly shaking his head "You don't have to keep saying sorry, you'll know when something bothers me. Just because i get irritated doesn't mean im that bothered.. " He sighed a little "quick temper and all tsk.. " He wasn't going to say anything else but she moved again and this time she rested her forehead against his. Even if he didn't want to admit it he knew his cheeks were flushed by this, though it was probably hard to tell thankfully to his skin color. It wasn't that he was thinking that she was planning to do anything, just her being close like this was making him uneasy. He tried to keep his eyes from meeting hers, knowing he could get caught in staring at her soft gaze. "You don't really have to stop, not if you don't want to" He wanted to bite his own tongue that he just gave her permission to go about tormenting him. Though then again what was it going to really hurt, he needed to just man up and admit he didn't mind her teasing he was just over thinking it all. Besides that she seemed to almost want him to do something with how much she had edging him on the past few days and with her other comment that she wouldn't mind..

Judith couldn't help but smile, she noticed that Rhyldrin was avoiding looking into her eyes. "Huh?" she mumbled pretending that she had not heard what he had told her. She kept her hand on his stomach and her forehead pressed against his. "Did I hear you right or..." she watched him curiously wondering if he had meant what he said. Hell, if any man had said that she wouldn't have to question it. What did she expect? She had been teasing him for the past two days, there was only so much someone could take before finally giving in. She lifted herself bringing herself to sit on his lap, she ran her hands from his stomach to his shoulders and rested them on him. "Hopefully I heard you right," she whispered to him. "Unless I have started to hear what I want to hear..." she purred. Judith felt a sudden overwhelming urge growing inside of her. She really did want to kiss Rhyldrin even if it didn't mean anything to him or even her. For now anyways... Judith closed her eyes and pressed her lips against his cheek, then the corner of his lips. She brought a hand to the back of his head and played with his hair.

He rolled his eyes a little at her playing like she didn't hear him. "I don't believe I stuttered, did i?" Was his simple answer to her though he stopped trying to avoid her eyes by this point. Was he suppose to keep resisting? Well yes he probably should but why should he, both sides seemed to want whatever that was to come of this. Though he did have half a mind to stop her from going too far, plus they did need to get going he wasn't about to test how long it;d take for her brother to send half of his troops at his command out to search for the missing Judith... Not yet anyway a later date maybe.
He smirked a little at her before speaking "We'll just assume you heard right.. if not it was close enough" What was it about her that made him want to give in.. he'd had other women try to get close even just talking to him and he'd blow them off without a second thought.. what was it about her that made it different. It was driving him mad that he couldn't resist her like he had in the past, she really was a weakness to him it seemed. He was half expecting her to pull back at any time and that she was just teasing again. Sure that'd annoy him but he wouldn't force her still.. Though he was letting himself go a little, she seemed to want something from him and he wasn't in the state of mind to stop her from anything. He moved a hand to her face brushing back a few stray strands of hair back behind her ear lightly before moving his hand under her chin and lightly getting her to tilt her head before he kissed her lips. Teasing or not he was at least getting that far, he had made up his mind that much.

Judith's eyes fluttered open when she felt Rhyldrin brushing hair away from her face. For a moment her cheeks became red and her face felt hot. His touch was so gentle, she almost felt dazed. When he tilted her head and brought his lips to hers she closed her eyes again. Judith didn't pull away right away, she enjoyed the feeling of their lips together though she did have to breath. She pulled away slowly, it felt as if goosebumps were all over her body. Her mind was all over the place, she didn't know how to feel but she felt good. She kept her hand on the back of his head then brought the other to the side of his face. Judith ran her thumb over his cheek gently. Judith kept her face close to his, she really didn't want to pull herself away from him. She pressed her lips against his, at first it was a soft kiss but then she kissed him hard. She kept him close to her, pressing her hand that she held on the back of his head against his head. Judith's heart pounded in her chest, she could hear it. When she finally pulled away she breathed out heavily, she almost seemed timid after her outburst. She didn't know what had came over her. All she really wanted was his body against hers, though she knew that it couldn't go that far. She had a feeling that Rhyldrin wouldn't allow such a thing to happen. She breathed out heavily for few seconds, then she finally caught her breath. Judith opened her eyes and looked at Rhyldrin, she couldn't stop herself from smiling. Though she knew that they couldn't stay like this forever, soon he would say that they had to go and she would have to push herself away from him. She ran the hand that she had held on the side of his face down his arm and placed her hand on his own. She didn't really know what to say to him, though she finally spoke. "That felt right..." she whispered quietly. "I liked that." she purred.

Considering he had no experience with this sort of interaction he seemed to be a natural at it. Though even with that being said he still had control over himself for the time being even if he really just wanted to see how far this would go. Rhyldrin knew better then to test Judith to see if she'd let this go all the way... he knew she would. But he wasn't going to allow that not knowing he was never planning to seek her out again, really he shouldn't have even allowed this much to happen.
Judith seemed to change a little after getting another kiss in, her breathing had quickened though she seemed to draw back a little as if she grew timid. It was probably for the best really it would save him from having to push her away if she pulled herself away. Though the temptation was there to let this continue.. it didn't feel right to go that far. He smirked a little after she spoke though he never moved his hand away from hers. "Least I wasn't the only one that did heh.." Though he really shouldn't have done it she didn't seem to mind and he knew he didn't.. But this had to come to a end soon they needed to get her back to her own and he needed to get back to his own ways and trying to forget about her knowing this little moment of bliss was never to happen again. His expression changed a little the more he thought about it, but it needed to be done she couldn't stay here. He sighed a little before speaking once again "We should probably go... before you make me think about keeping you here" He smiled at her a little though he was hiding what he was really thinking. Though hiding his emotions was a skill he had picked up over the years so it wasn't that difficult to act like he wasn't bothered at all by the fact that he wasn't going to see her again if he had any say in it.

( I'm going to time skip to when he's bringing her back, not too sure what time to make it but I'll make it like the evening, getting dark. c: ) She didn't mind if they went farther than kissing, though she knew it wouldn't be smart for them to do anything more than kiss. Judith let out a quiet sigh, Rhyldrin was right they had to go before they got carried away in this moment. She had almost forgotten that she was going to be leaving soon maybe even now after she moved from him. She was tempted to kiss him again but she fought that urge and brought her hands away from him. "That's too bad," she teased knowing that he probably had thought about it going further as well. Judith lifted herself from him even if she really didn't want to. "We should probably leave now," she watched Rhyldrin with a smile on her face. "I'm afraid that if I stay any longer then I may lose control of myself around you." though what she had said may seem like it was a joke she was rather serious. She had never felt this way around another man. Judith couldn't say that it was love, it was more of an overpowering lust. Though then again... she really didn't know anymore. ------ It was hard getting her out of the Dark Elf camp though with night time just around the corner more Dark Elves were out and about than earlier in the morning. It made it just a bit easier to slip her out, but they still had to be weary of the Dark Elves who were still at the camp. Judith felt guilty for putting Rhyldrin through this, she could have always offered to leave by herself though she really didn't see that happening. Rhyldrin would probably object to the idea without a thought. Besides she knew nothing about the Dark Elf camp or the area that it was in, she would probably get lost and that wasn't a nice thought. Being lost in the enemy territory with a broken bow. Only having her dagger to protect herself when she wasn't good at close up conflict. When they finally reached the camp it had felt like it had taken forever to get there. Judith's feet were slightly sore, though she held herself back from complaining. She stood beside Rhyldrin and looked up at him smiling. "I suppose this is where I leave you, isn't it?" she laughed quietly then stepped forward passing him. Though she stopped and brought herself in front of him for a brief moment. "Thank you for everything." she said softly, Judith had to stand on her toes for a brief moment just to give Rhyldrin a quick kiss good bye. Though it wasn't as quick as she had wanted it to be she felt as if she had to pry her lips from his. Why did it just feel so right? Judith didn't say anything else to them, this wasn't the place to chat and maybe she shouldn't have even kissed him. She backed away from him with a smile still on her face then she turned and began walking towards the camp. It didn't take long for Judith to enter the camp and it didn't take much time for Brishen to spot her and greet her rudely. He questioned where she had been and where she had gotten the wound on her stomach. She assumed his next question, why was it patched up? Judith let out a sigh of annoyance, she really didn't want to deal with her brother. Her head was still clouded with thoughts of Rhyldrin. "I'm not going to lie," she said to him, Brishen watched her now expecting her to say something he had not expected. Though she didn't. "I left the camp after Uldric attacked me, I knew that he was going to be a baby and go running to you about what I had done to him. I knew that he was going to lie that I had attacked him, though I assume that you know me better than to attack someone without a reason." she paused to breath, surprisingly Brishen was still listening to her. He even nodded when she said that she wouldn't hurt anything without a reason. "That's how I came to get this wound, I ran into a Dark Elf who was just in the forest not too far from the camp. He attacked me, I had to... kill him. I thought that I was alright but then I discovered that I had been wounded." she chewed on her lower lip, everything that she was telling him was the truth but now she was going to lie. "The Dark Elf that I had killed, he had medical supplies on him. I'm not good at tending to wounds but I tried to do the same as I had seen the Elves in the medical tent do. I didn't return right away because I wanted to avoid Uldric." she looked at her brother wondering if he believed what she had just said. "There, all of your questions have been answered. Now, are you going to punish me for doing absolutely nothing wrong or are you going to punish that bastard finally?" she spat. Brishen sighed, knowing his sister she wouldn't change her story no matter how many times he asked her what had really happened. He did have a feeling that she had lied near the end, though he couldn't be certain and he had no proof that she had done anything else anyways. "I'll speak to him," he said, he brought his head from side to side and cracked it. "But you know what he will say, the same bullshit. If it makes you feel better I know that you wouldn't harm someone without a reason to. I'm not going to punish you for harming him, he deserved it." he threw his shoulders back in a shrug. Brishen turned from his sister, though he had one more thing to say. "You're a terrible liar, but I won't question you further" then he left her. Judith's stomach felt knotted and she wondered if he was trying to squeeze what had really happened out of her, but she wouldn't tell him. Besides Brishen had better things to do then play a guessing game with his sister, in a few weeks he planned to rid the near by forest of any potential threats.

She wouldn't have been the only one to lose themselves if they kept going, he knew very well she made him weak. Really he hated feeling that he'd give in to someone let alone a light elf, he had gone all these years without a second thought on anything and she was making him question everything. What would it matter she was being taken back to her kind's location and that was that, he wasn't going to see her further after this day so why think on it too much.
Once they got to where they needed to be he didn't say much of anything. Though it wasn't because of her or what had happened it was more that he was on high alert even in the darker hours he wan't taking a chance out here. He nodded a little to her question but still never said a word, he wasn't going to tell her that he planned to never see her again it would be for the better. Really he wished she hadn't of kissed him, that made this a little harder on him then he ever expected. "Don't thank me, that's not how your suppose to treat your enemy.." he teased at her a little, though he was right she should be putting a show on just in case of anyone watching. He stayed where he was as she started walking away, really he wanted to go after her but knowing he couldn't he turned and started to head in a different direction. He knew where most of the major dark elf encampments were with generals leading them, he'd seek out another one and get into some work at least busy work to keep his mind from thinking. After a while he figured he'd forget about her again and that would be that. ~~~~~~~~~~ It took no time to find work, really he passed between three or four of the camps to ensure he was busy with some form of a task. Though even with that and daily fighting he couldn't stop thinking back on that day. Why did it feel like he was missing something now, what had really happened that day. It wouldn't matter even if he had missed something it was too late to regain it. She was probably long gone and he had avoided the area of that camp just to ensure he didn't cross her path. It was probably at least a month after he had left her there, there were rumors spreading among the light elf camps of a dark elf with a scar on his face though the scar part was commonly left out, and it was switched around as word got out that this one seemed to be the king killer. The very dark elf that ended up really sending this war into full force, even if his intention wasn't that. Rumors were that he had taken out at least three of the generals in such a short period of time, it was almost unbelievable. But facts were fats and each of the generals were killed in a similar manner, though it wasn't as brutal as some of the dark elves where they went about to display the corpse of the dead. These kills seemed to start off as one on one fights and it would seem the killer was testing his strength. The real name of the dark elf was never heard and no one really had a chance to see what he looked like aside from a few lower ranked foot soldiers.. he seemed to oddly leave them alone so long as they didn't do anything stupid or rash and try to attack him. He really was testing his skills and strength.. what other goals did he have really Brishen was still one of the top commanding light elves. Taking him out would be a major blow to them. He never thought twice if was Judith's brother, if it came to it he might have to face her again though he'd have to do something to make sure she didn't interfere... killing her was a option, but he couldn't do it. Maybe lady luck would continue to shine on him and he wouldn't have to deal with her. A light elf foot solider from the last camp raid ran past the guards to Brishen's camp and panted explaining he needed to speak to the commander, being escorted to him he fell to his knees and waited till he was told to speak by Brishen. "Another.. another camp has fallen s-sir.. " He gasped out trying to get air back into his lungs. it was the one neighboring this one not man miles from here.. with general Alton" He stayed on the ground being too weak to get up again from running the whole way in a panic state praying that he wasn't to be struck down before he got the message here. What the scout had told Brishen was true, it was the camp close by. He hardly felt the need to rush off he was told to take out one of the main generals.. but he needed to lure him out the camp Brishen was in was heavily guarded unlike most of the smaller camps. He'd need Brishen to come out of his hole. Sure it was asking for a death wish but at the same time he almost seemed to welcome death again, all he had done for the past month was kill. Anyone that stood in his way. He'd stick around this area for a few nights to see if it lured anyone here, Brishen or not they could still be killed to lower the number count for the light elves.

Brishen was startled by the sudden visitor, really he had not been expecting anyone and had not planned anything to do for the day other then train his men. He listened to the man and his face became twisted with anger. He had been training his men to attack a recently discovered Dark Elf camp though that attack would not occur for another week. The soldier looked up at Brishen waiting for him to say something, he had become lost in his thoughts. Perhaps he would attack a little bit sooner than he had planned, with all of the camps fallen victim to Dark Elves recently he thought that getting back at them would put them in their place. Perhaps it would hold them back from attacking his own camp until he could continue training his men for a much bigger attack. "Uldric," he looked over his shoulder at the man. Uldric stood straight and smiled at Brishen as if he knew what Brishen was thinking. "I wish to go to the camp to see the damage, I want you and," he paused and looked over at another man to his right. "Kane to come with me, only you two. The rest of the men will remain here to strictly guard the camp. No one will be allowed out or in without my present." he let out a heavy sigh and looked down at the solider who had brought him the news. "You should rest, get yourself checked by the medical tent and eat. You have done enough for today." the soldier nodded he thanked Brishen, Brishen told another man to help the soldier walk. When they left he looked at Uldric and Kane. "I get a feeling that that damn Dark Elf is involved in this," he hissed then smiled. "Perhaps we can see if we can find him?" the other two smiled at the idea. "May I suggest something, Brishen?" Uldric asked, Brishen raised an eyebrow, he was curious to hear what he had to say. "Perhaps we should bring along your sister, she is good with the bow and can stay behind us a bit, she could pick off Dark Elves from afar." that was a good idea. Judith had just woken up from a nap, she rubbed her eyes attempting to wake herself up a bit more. Ever since her return she noticed that Uldric had been keeping his eyes on her more than ever, at times she was almost afraid to sleep thinking that he would attack her when she least expected it. She had begun to sleep with a knife under her pillow to protect herself if she as suddenly awoken by an unexpected visitor. She had wondered why she had not seen Rhyldrin for so long though after a while she stopped questioning it and assumed that maybe he had left the area for good. It probably was a good thing that they didn't see each other, it worried Judith that she could possibly fall for him even if she had not originally intended to. It was just her simply teasing him, it was just her kissing him.. no it was more than that. Judith let out a quiet sigh, she couldn't allow herself to think about Rhyldrin anymore. It would only make things worse, it would drive her insane. She was brought out of her thoughts when someone entered her tent, she was ready to snap thinking that it was Uldric but when she looked up it was her brother. "What is it?" she asked without hesitation, she stood from her bed and wandered over to her bow. Judith had had one of the soldiers make her a new one, her old one was too damaged to be fixed. "Another camp has fallen, forget about what you had planned to do today." Judith strapped her pouch of arrows to her waist then lifted her bow from the ground. "I want you to come with me, I need your skill with the bow today." she stopped for a moment then turned looking at her brother. For a moment she considered telling him to fuck off, but she bit her tongue stopping herself from doing so. "Fine." she said, she would go even if she didn't want to at all. Judith walked behind the three men, though she was farther behind than them. She had been told to stay behind, she could pick off any Dark Elves that planned to strike them. Though she should have been watching cautiously for the enemy, her mind was elsewhere. She wondered if she would ever run into Rhyldrin again on the battlefield and if the next time would not be pleasant. Hell, if she ran into him now... she would have to force herself to hurt him.

He seemed to be on edge a bit as he walked through the forest, but he had a right to be he was in the thick of the Light elf controlled area. Archers were a huge issue.. though in most cases they weren't that big of a problem.. though a few had come close but not as close as Judith had that one day. "tsk..." he hissed out as he walked whatever thoughts he was thinking had irked him.
Sure there were a few dark elf camps a few mere miles off and the attacks could be blamed on them.. but that was hardly his intention he had let soldiers get away to spread the word on purpose. He was trying to draw the one light elf that he had a score to settle with out onto grounds where he didn't have a army to protect him. Though he knew that he'd probably have at least a few of his top men with him if not extras for the hell of it. Either way he stuck close to the recently destroyed camp. This time in his route he was checking for any survivors, if there was any they were beyond help by now. He ensured his blows were fatal in some way or another. Though for this camp it seemed he did his work all too well he almost didn't let the one he saw running hours ago get away. Having been caught up in combat he blindly slaughtered the camp by himself. Though it was a smaller camp being only thirty strong at most and some weren't even at the camp when the attack happened. Either way the walking was allowing him to get his breath back and regain himself in preparation.. just in case this commander he had been hunting finally showed his face. He had a gut feeling he was about to cross paths with Judith again... he shrugged that off, there's no way that'd happen. Though if her skills were that impressive.. she very well could be one of his top 'men'. If it came to that he'd deal with it he'd have to make a derision.. He couldn't afford to show that he had a weakness, though striking her was out of the question. He half laughed at his thoughts, wouldn't that be funny to be ended by a childhood friend. That'd be fitting now wouldn't it. Either way he seemed a bit cocky having not a blade drawn, though they were both in plain sight that was certain. Out of curiosity he half wanted to know what the little foot soldiers reported when they fled for their lives, what would they say.. that they ran from one dark elf or did they make up some story saying there was a army of them.

Judith kept to herself a majority of the way there though when they became closer to the camp Uldric slowed down and began to walk next to her. She didn't bring her eyes to him, even if he spoke to her he would ignore him. Why was he bothering her at a time like this? It really did seem that he wanted to get on her nerves and he should know better from what had happened last time. She didn't care if Brishen or Kane were with them, if Uldric tried something then she wouldn't be afraid to harm him. Brishen would probably find it amusing that she wanted to actually harm someone for once, everyone knew Judith as a kind woman who wanted peace more than anything between the Dark and Light Elves. "You know that I have not forgotten what you did to me," he hissed, Judith began to walk faster, she kept her eyes forward on the other two men hoping that maybe Brishen would tell Uldric to come back to them. Brishen seemed to notice Uldric's sudden absent, he continued to walk but looked over his shoulder. Kane looked behind curiously, what was Uldric doing? "You can't avoid me forever, Judith." he added then smiled. "I will have you, just like I did a few years ago." she stopped walking and looked at him. "Fuck off," she barked at him, Uldric stopped beside her and roared with laughter. "You're cute when you're angry, look at you." he purred then brought himself closer to her. "Trying to be something that you're not." The two other men stopped, Brishen turned facing the direction that Judith and Uldric were in. "Stop that," he barked at Uldric. Uldric looked up from Judith and at him. "This isn't the place for your bullshit, get back here and focus on what we have to do rather than what you want to do." then he turned and continued to walk, Kane laughed and followed Brishen. Uldric looked back at Judith, their eyes met and he smiled. "I'll talk to you later." he purred then walked away from her. She bit her tongue holding back anything else that she wanted to say to him, he was leaving her alone for now and that was good enough for now. She too then continued to walk, she wish that she had not been asked to come at all. Judith's ears perked up as she heard a sudden noise, her eyes wandered over the surrounding area though she didn't see anything. Maybe she was just hearing things.
