baseline for common rainbows and galactics is that they are 2x the price of the normal colors, and this is going to be a second skin

rainbow modding will be a particularly nasty subset once we have enough parts for it to be a thing, but hopefully those will be with a good amount of time between/on special request like this so it's not too overwhelming
