I know, but needed an excuse to show dirty videos.

Glute bridge is like an easier version. I don't really have a good stable bench to use for hip thrusts, and would also need a barbell eventually.

He's starting to become some type of bird man putting up different kinds of feeders. If only there were some kind of mouse block to attract the owls.
