Survived a 5hr training shift in an store that isn't open yet. Gets boring after awhile when you have to stand there and think off the top of your head some orders to make the ones training on line make food.

Though, I am happy I kicked the menu test's ass and got to start training on cash. I hope I don't have to do much more training on line (hate it with a passion) and I get to do other stuff and that when we open the store, I hope i'm doing front cash. I enjoy it better ^^

I work at a fast food place (I dunno if you've heard of Mighty Taco, they're all over in Buffalo). They're opening a store in Rochester and I work for it. Right now we're training and the store isn't open yet. So, it's really boring to do the training when there aren't really any customers. It was my first day on the cash register. It got boring for a bit since I had to come up with stuff off the top of my head and I'm not 100% familiar with the menu to know exactly how to do the order. But, I'll get better with time.

Yeah, never heard of Mighty Taco. Then again, I've never seen one in Canada before, so it's probably non-existant up here. XP

@Ari: Yeah, it's only really in the Buffalo area. We have the only one in Rochester where I am.

Ahh, that sucks. Though Buffalo really isn't that far from me seeing as how I'm from Toronto and the GTA. >w<

But even if I were to be in Buffalo, I probably wouldn't eat at one of the fast food chains as I don't eat fast food anymore. All those burgers, tacos, fries, and etc. is way too unhealthy for my liking and I like being healthy. >w< Besides, I have a bunch of nutritious foods that I love a ton and try to eat a lot of, that aren't as healthy as other nutritious foods. >w<

Yeah, I love eating healthy foods. When I do get food from work, it's usually a bean burrito or some sort of chicken with lettuce and tomato thing.
