Fasting every now and then is good for you. It helps rid your body of all the chemicals and additives in most of the food we eat.

I only eat raw fruits and veggies, most of the time.
Chicken, and Turkey are a big part of my life, as well as water, and tea.

The only thing I usually cheat with, is poptart crust. [the outer sides, sans the filling, because I can't have that] I'm not a huge fan of processed foods.
