I ended up putting on weight from having kids and now
I hate it. ~_~ I have no clue what I am though. I should
get weighed soon to find out what I want to lose.

It took me almost seven years.
And now I'm anorexic. ><;
That took me a year and a half to admit, by the way.
I'm just getting used to saying it publicly.

I have whats called athletica anorexia, working out to compensate for eating. And since I barely eat in the first place.. I work my body to DEATH xDD. Two seperate hour workouts per day, plus three two and a half mile walks a day. Plus being on my feet constantly.

I hate calories, and I try to burn them all off.

I think I was weighing 187lbs when I was weighed at the clinic when I went a couple months ago. I probably lost some since I don't eat a lot, and now since I work, I don't eat a lot still ^^"

@Sai: I loved that when I went to school. I love being near a super centre. I know I want to raid my Wegmans (Rochester NY based grocery chain that has a few stores in a few states). They have a few teas there I'd like to grab. That and stuff from the asian and the Nature's Marketplace (the organic section)

admitted it but I know she is from what she talks about.

I wish my Walmart had a nice asian selection Serena.
But it sucks ;; So typical of items.
I weighed over a year ago about 140 I think.
Not good for my size but I started to exercise
and I know I lost alot of weight, just no idea how
much. I really wanna be at least 120 and no more.

depressed again and it was like I didn't even care
about myself anymore ; ; That is so damn hard to get
passed. I wish I was like my old self. I'd rather
punish myself for eating than being the way I am now.

@Sai: My grocery store (Wegmans) has the cool asian section. Walmart has a few things, but not much (most of the Walmarts are pretty much the same, the food selection doesn't vary much between the supercentres).
I looked the best at 150ish, and that was how much I weighed when I met Michael. But, now after 5.5 years, I'm struggling a bit with my weight. But, now I'm getting better with that. Eat better, and I'm active (thanks to work making me run around...)

@Batty: Also happy you admit it, and we're all here to help you when you need it ^^ You shouldn't punish yourself for eating though.

I'm glad you are able to be more active Serena.
I'm hoping to start taking walks soon. I really
need to find the charger for my ipod though so
it's not as boring on them ~_~ And then I can
start doing them. So much fun to walk.

For grocery stores we really have only Walmart
and Pick N Save. They suck for asian foods
though.

Even toast crust is too much for me, and I end up either HATING myself for even having that, or, I go for a looooooooong walk after to make sure its all gone.

Ask Zane. Its bad.

I work out for hours on end [and they're not easy workouts, either..]I dont eat dinner, unless its a small portion out of my toddler bowl, and I generally just.. meh. xD I dont know.

Where I live, we actually have a Natural food store and an Asian market if I wanted good food. That and we also have an Indian (the Apu Indian) market too. ^^" I really should consider hitting up some of those stores soon.
