"Just a few years huh.. I doubt your brother if he lives through the war would allow such a peace to happen" Though he said it rather sharply it was the truth, and she probably knew her brother and Rhyldrin were never going to be on speaking terms let alone peaceful ones. "Though.. it would be nice it nearly happened when we were kids" He didn't seem to finish his sentence though he had his reason why he didn't wish to think about that event that triggered the war to spark up again.

"Hrm?" He noticed the odd change in her voice as she repeated the word cute before speaking again. "something wrong with being called that? or would you rather me say it in a more exotic way?" Sure he noticed her expression change but he was going to edge this on a bit longer.. though it needed to end soon he didn't trust the patrol to not walk this far. "ussta ssin'urn 'anon" Though he grinned after speaking knowing very well his common tongue wasn't something light elves studied into. He was hardly planning to tell her what he had said so it didn't matter.

He seemed to think on her words "No I guess not.. " He closed one eye still listening to her go on about how she thought about him "flattery will get you no where, and that innocent look isn't covering it" Opening his other eye again he sighed a little. "no we can't, that's why I don't plan on being caught" He said in his usual tone with a hint of being a smart ass and cocky rolled into one.

"But I think that's my que to leave" He said with a slight smile to her before making a gesture towards the direction of the light elf camp, a few foot steps could barely be heard through the forests or at least towards this direction but they didn't seem to be in a rush so probably just a patrol. He started to take a few steps back but stopped a moment "we should do this again sometime, maybe in better conditions."

The dragon watched Rhyldrin walk off before looking back up at Judith. It seemed confused on if it should stay here or follow the dark elf. Really Rhyldrin had something he was temped to do before he left but he'd leave that for another day, he wanted to test this little mood of hers. She seemed to be completely different from the woman he nearly killed the other day. Though her words stung a little even if he was flattered she would say such things.

"He would probably be furious if peace came between the Dark and Light Elves, he isn't one to give up." she said it sourly, Judith didn't like her brother that much. Though there was still that love for him because he was her brother and for no other reason. "If it had happened when we were children then we would have never stopped speaking, that would have been nice." Judith allowed her mind to wander a bit, she wondered what would have happened between them if they had continued to see each other. Though when Rhyldrin spoke in another language her attention went back to him.

Curiosity grew in Judith's eyes, she wondered what Rhyldrin had just told her, she knew that it was his native tongue and he was probably using it on purpose to tease her. He certainly knew that she couldn't understand it. She was tempted to ask him what he had said, then she decided not to. It was probably better not to know. He had been flirting with her and it could be something that could tempt her to stay longer and she would probably say something without thinking. Though whatever she said she would mean it, Judith was still a kind person but she wasn't as innocent as she use to be. She wondered what Rhyldrin thought of her because of the way she had been acting.

"I'm not saying things just to flatter you." she purred, Judith had to try very hard not to giggle. She felt like a child playing with a new toy, though she already had already had this toy before, it just had new features. "I wouldn't want you to be caught either, I'm enjoying this." Judith would look forward to them meeting again, she wondered when that would be. "I will probably be here again, you can find me whenever you want to." she too heard the footsteps, though it just seemed like a few soldiers patrolling the area. They might have been sent to check up on her, to make sure that she was doing what she had been sent out to.

Judith looked at the little dragon on her solider and brought a hand to him. "I will have to hide you again for now," she whispered to him. The little dragon crawled into her hand and didn't resist being put into her pocket once again. Judith scratched under his chin lightly before she took her hand out from her pocket. As she headed back to the camp she crossed paths with the two soldiers, they gave her an odd look before carrying on with their conversation. Judith went to her living quarters, her brother wasn't there to question why she was back so soon and there were little soldiers around who she knew. Judith brought the little dragon out of her pocket and placed him on the table by her bed, she crawled into it without hesitated and once she was some what comfortable she let out a sigh. The little dragon chirped and brought himself beside her, he buried himself against her for warmth and closed his eyes.

Really the whole conversation and the way she had been acting had gotten him thinking a bit, what was keeping this damned war going? Probably a few blood thirsty generals like example her brother. The word he had gotten from listening to some of the light elves was the new King wasn't like the previous.. Rhyldrin was half temped to some day test that.. seeing as he had killed the last one he'd know for sure if it was the same or not.

Quite a bit had changed it seemed... Judith had grown up a bit that was certain though to admit things he had as well. He probably handled his life differently compared to hers but still. After they had stopped speaking as children he never had a moment where he wasn't forced into training or some form of combat. Really he should be thankful for it.. it had kept his ass alive this long.

Though that was a rather risky thing to tell him, that she'd be there again... He stopped suddenly in his walk he was far enough away he should be fine but he was checking for something or rather someone. Why did he have a sickening feeling he had been watched during all of this. He knew how to get his answers easily enough as he started walking again. For now he'd act like he didn't think something was amiss.

It probably took a good four or five hours to make his way back to where the general he had been taking work from.. till recently when he declared he wasn't following orders anymore. The general seemed to be missing for the time being. That bothered him a little, but he'd stick around the small camp to see if he over heard any odd orders or some form of discussion going on. He'd have to wait till tomorrow to see if his thoughts were correct or not.

He shouldn't have gotten reattached to her the more he thought about it the dumber that move seemed to be.. let alone enjoying the company tat much. 'your asking to be slaughtered aren't you..' he half laughed at himself for being a idiot, Judith's brother would love to know that little conversation he'd kill both sides of it in a matter of seconds without hesitation.

Though there was a plan to expose Rhyldrin's new found weakness.. it wouldn't go accordingly that was certain. A scout was killed by two paroling light elves just before dark fell.. the scout had a parchment of sorts detailing a plan to set up a ambush.. the general's plan was to capture the girl though with the scout never getting the message to the two or three dark elves it would never be activated.

Though from the look of the plan it seemed to just be a simple trap or ambush that was some what close to the light elves encampment. The guards who had killed the scout quickly took the paper to their general. "General Brishen" One of them called out to the head light elf before stopping and bowing towards him extending his hand with the paper. "We found this on a dark elf corpse.. they seemed to be planning something very close to our camp" He breathed out seeing as he had rushed to get the message here as fast as possible.

It had not taken Judith too long to fall asleep, it was about time that she finally got some proper rest. Though it didn't last more than a few hours. The little dragon had heard the footsteps coming to the tent and quickly hid underneath her bed. Judith was abruptly woken by a Light Elf who had entered her tent. She stared at him, still groggy because she had only woken up. "It seems that we have a problem," the Light Elf said, Judith rubbed her sore eyes and looked up at him. It was a familiar face that she would rather not see. "Your brother wishes to see you, I'm surprised that he had not come to get you himself, he's behaving rather well despite the news that he just received." he smiled at Judith, she wrinkled her nose in disgust when she caught his eyes wandering over her body. "He wants you because of your talent with your bow, we are expecting some visitors tonight." he stepped towards her bed, Judith prepared herself to smack him if needed. It seemed as if he was going to climb into bed with her, the thought of that made her stomach feel knotted. Though he didn't, he reached out his hand to help her from her bed.

Judith sat up from her bed and brushed hair away from her face. "I don't need your help," she hissed then stood on her own. She pushed past the Light Elf, if she could stab him without any consequences then she certainly would. His eyes followed her as they always did, no matter how much she rejected him he continued to come after her. "I don't need you to escort me so you can leave now." Judith began to gather her things. The Light Elf hesitated for a moment, his mind was elsewhere. Judith didn't even want to begin to question what he was thinking of. It felt as if he was undressing her with his eyes. "Go!" she barked at him. The Light Elf grinned at her, before he left he spoke once more. "You're a god damn bitch, but I like that." Judith felt sick when she heard him laughing as he walked away. She wondered how such a bastard could become a general, especially with his reputation with woman. If he ever tried anything with her he would get a nasty surprise. All he had to do with give her a reason to hurt him and she would without hesitation.

Judith listened to make sure that he had left, she didn't want him following her to her brother's quarters, even if that would be where he would be going as well. She didn't like being alone with that man, when she was seventeen she had quite the incident with him and didn't wish to have anything to do with him. As long as he was in a room with others he seemed to behave, though he still couldn't keep his eyes off of her. Maybe she would tear them out as a punishment for what he had done to her. She wish that she had years ago. Judith breathed in deeply then breathed out, she had to remain calm in the presence of her brother. She had already been testing his patience for the past few days. She took strapped her pouch of arrows to her waist, then her dagger to her right thigh and picked up her bow. Judith looked around the small space, she had not seen where the little dragon had gone. "Don't follow me," she said aloud. "It's for your own good, I will come back later." then she left.

When she reached her brother's quarters there seemed to be quite the commotion. There was more men than there usually was and Brishen seemed clearly on edge. When he saw his sister he approached her. "I don't need you to pull any of your crap tonight," he spat at her. "I need your skill, I don't need your bullshit." he added then walked away from her. Judith raised an eyebrow at what he had said. From what the other man had told her she assumed that they were expecting Dark Elves. Brishen cleared his throat and the men fell silent, then he explained why he had brought them all here. Judith rolled her eyes, he was exaggerating the entire situation as he always did and going on another power trip. Judith wondered how someone so clearly insane could be a general. When he was done the men cheered, they were thrilled more than nervous about being able to draw their weapons tonight. Judith chewed on her lower lip, she wondered if she would see Rhyldrin.

Part of the message did get through so there would be a small gathering of dark elves waiting for the light elves.. though the two sides hardly knew they were about to have a small battle between them both thinking they had the upper hand. It was nearly morning again before Rhyldrin came back to. 'damn... how long was I out..' He hissed a little rubbing his head, it felt like a few hours at least but the time said otherwise.

The general's plan was to ambush the girl to get at Rhyldrin.. so the plan was set for day light hours oddly enough. Though it was easy to tell something was going on.. the camp was empty minus a few that were left behind even the general was still gone. this fact annoyed Rhyldrin as he walked to one of the higher ranked soldiers left here and quickly grabbed him by the neck and slammed him against a tree. "Your going to talk and now" He hissed at him his ears back.

The man struggled to free himself and the few others started to walk towards Rhyldrin to make him stop but they didn't get close enough before he spoke again. "Don't think I won't snap his neck, there's still three or four of you here I'll get the information I want in some form or another.. even if its from the last breath of a corpse choking on blood." The threat seemed to work, as it should it was far from a empty one.

"Now speak.. what the hell is going on" The man didn't talk at first but Rhyldrin reminded him his life was seconds from ending. "ac... there's a plan.. they were ... t-talking" He choked out slowly, Rhyldrin released the man's neck a little so he could speak better. "well go on" he snapped.

"there was a plan to capture someone, apparently they were important they were going to use the person as leverage or something I don't know anything further it was kept among the higher ranks" He seemed to be telling the truth. Rhyldrin released him before storming past him. 'tsk... i warned them yet they still cross me?'

The solider was recovering and he certainly wasn't about to follow after Rhyldrin, not after having crossed such a fine line with the mercenary. The others looked at him before helping him stand back up as he coughed and regained him breath. The few at the camp seemed confused as to what just pissed Rhyldrin off.

Even from the lack on information he feared that Judith may be in trouble if she kept to her word and was going to return to the same spot.. It took a few hours to get to where he had run into her again from yesterday it seemed empty for the time being.. that was good at the least. Though he quickly went about looking for this general who seemed to have a bone to pick with him.

He was exceptionally good at staying hidden and stalking his target for a swift kill.. though it was hard to do a single strike to kill a general. After finding his target he waited till he was sure he wasn't spotted, as far as he could tell it was just this small group of dark elves here.. did they really need this many for just the girl. 'tsk cowards' he thought as he worked his way to being closer to his target.

When he had a good striking distance he took it as a sudden sound of steel upon steel could be heard in the silent forest. "Seems that drug wore off" The man laughed a bit trying to force Rhyldrin back but he wasn't getting anywhere with it. "Tsk I warned you to stay out of my way!" He growled at him he was hardly amused with the idea that he had been drugged but it explained why his head was killing him and the fact he didn't remember falling asleep.

sure if he knew that the light elves had taken out one of the scouts he wouldn't be willingly fighting his own, but he was rather pissed though now with more then one reason. "you should have stuck to following orders Rhyldrin, but instead you had to go off and do your own thing" The man grinned a bit "but this proves you have a weakness now doesn't it...seems that report I got wasn't as far fetched as I thought."

"tsk your not going to live long enough to make use of the information" he hissed out at him before breaking the blade lock and forcing the man against a tree, shortly afterwards he grabbed the back of his head and slammed it downwards as the man's face met his knee. This forced the man to lose his focus as he held one hand on his broken nose with blood running down his face and hand. "what side are you on, your not fighting for them and your fighting your own what the hell are you thinking?" Was the mans yell at him.

Rhyldrin hardly cared as he laughed slightly. "I fight for myself, if I wanted to be a damn lap dog I'd have joined the military." this comment made the general angry again as he charged forward swinging his blade violently trying to land a blow, though most of them were out of a mad rage and were missing horribly.

Her eyes wandered over the crowd, they were all preparing themselves for their encounter with the Dark Elves. Judith's eyes fell on the Light Elf from earlier, when their eyes met she turned away, deciding to leave the crowd. When would he leave her alone? As she left the group of men she could hear her name being called. Judith resisted the urge to turn and see who was calling it, it sounded like her brother's demanding voice. He probably wanted to threaten her to stay our of trouble but he should know her better by now. Even as a child she didn't listen to her parents or any other Light Elves, especially her brother. Judith went to the forest as she pleased no matter how much she got in trouble for it. She did other things too as she got older.

Judith had gone back to her tent, avoiding any Light Elves on the way. She would rather be sleeping right now, though she really had no choice. Please Goddess, she thought then brought herself to her bed. Don't let my cross paths with Rhyldrin. Judith brought a hand to her face and rubbed her tired eyes. "You can stop hiding now," she said aloud. Judith expected to hear the little dragon chirp happily but instead she heard someone step into her tent. She looked up alarmed, her nose wrinkled in disgust when she saw a familiar face. "I didn't know that you knew that I was there." her skin crawled when she his eyes wandered over her body. "Get out, Uldric!" she barked, then stood from her bed.

Uldric laughed at her, he thought that she was being cute rather than intimidating. The way that he was looking at her made her feel violated. "Are you deaf? Get out!" she nearly screamed it. Judith's face was hot and her skin felt as if it were boiling. Instead of leaving he stepped towards her, he took her wrist in his hand tightly and pulled her close to him. "Why should I do that?" he asked, a smile crept on to his face. He brought his free hand to her waist and pressed her body against his, Judith trembled at the feeling of his body against hers. When she tried to pull away he tightened his grip. "Let go!" she spat in his face, Uldric's smile disappeared and he became angry. "Bitch!" he hissed he threw her to the ground hard without hesitation. "Why do you have to be so difficult?"

Judith gasped frantically for air, for a moment it felt as if she couldn't breath. All of the air had rushed out of her lungs when she hit the ground. Judith tried to lift herself from the ground quickly before she could Uldric brought his hand across her face. She let out a cry from the pain, the right side of her face began to throb. She whimpered when she felt him get on top of her, she couldn't allow this to happen. Judith pushed her hands against his chest in an attempt to get him off. Uldric laughed at her, he quickly took her hands in his own ad pinned them down above her head. Judith squirmed under his weight, he wasn't going to do this so easily. Despite her being difficult it didn't stop him from forcefully kissing her. When she felt him push his tongue into her mouth she saw an opportunity. Judith brought her teeth down on his tongue, she gagged when the taste of blood became overwhelming. When Uldric pulled away she let go, he howled like a wounded animal. She should have bit his damn tongue off.

"You fucking bitch!" he hissed, he spat blood as he spoke. Judith flinched when she felt some splatter across her face. Uldric reached out a hand to grab her by the neck, Judith bent her arm and brought her elbow across his face hard. She pushed him off of her, Judith quickly stood and took her bow in her hand. When Uldric lifted himself from the ground he looked up at her, his face was twisted with pain. "You broke my nose!" he cried, his voice had a mixture of anger and fear. He held his broken nose in his hand as he stood. Judith prepared herself to strike him with her bow if it became necessary. "Get out!" she barked at him, Judith's wide eyes watched him carefully. She wouldn't allow him to gain the upper hand. Uldric took a step towards her, she swung her bow across his head. "I should kill you," she hissed at him and took a step back. "I should beat your damn head to pieces!" Uldric raised his free hand attempting to show that he no longer wanted to harm her. He slowly backed away towards the entrance of the tent. "Don't think that this is over!" he hissed then left.

It took some time before her breathing returned to normal, though her mind was still all over the place. Judith didn't have enough time to dress in clean clothes or to clean up her tent. Knowing Uldric he would run to her brother and tell him that she had attacked him. Even though she could easily prove that he had followed her with the intent of harming her, she didn't have enough energy to do so. "Fuck," she mumbled quietly to herself. She waited another minute before leaving her tent. Judith wasn't sure where to go, she couldn't stay here.

This fight went back and forth for a while but with the blood the man was losing from his nose he was getting sluggish over time. Finally Rhyldrin saw a opening as he avoided the blade and grabbed his wrist before forcing the man onto his back as he slammed him against the ground. He panted a little knowing this was a fight he shouldn't have survived from not against a general.. they only got that rank from their strength.

The man laid there watching the blade that was pointed at his neck, though Rhyldrin didn't seem to finish him off, not yet at least. In truth he had no intention of finishing the man off but a few of the other soldiers that were with the general decided to jump in as well. There was at least three of them trying to better Rhyldrin they seemed to be more on his level of fighting .. though he was still catching his breath from the last one on one fight.

There were two light elf scouts that were told to seek the area of the planned ambush out and report back. Both stayed out of sight of this little brawl going on, it was a odd sight to see though not unheard of. It was known dark elves didn't always get along with one another and would fight if they were from different clans. Though this fight seemed a bit one sided with the group against one. The scouts had no idea what triggered this brawl or why it was going on but they would report it soon.

The rest of the soldiers didn't last nearly as long and there was at least a hand full more in the area though for now they id't seem to go after trying to kill Rhyldrin. Though it did seem to be a stand still at the moment as Rhyldrin returned his attention to the general holding the blade to his neck not knowing anything about the two scouts who had left to report back to Brishen.

Brishen was finishing a speech as the two foot soldiers rushed to him. They pushed themselves through the crowd and pleaded for his attention, they had important news about the whereabouts of the Dark Elves. Brishen smiled, he spat out a few more words then brought his attention to the two men. "What is it?" he asked, demanding to know everything immediately. He raised an eyebrow when the men hesitated to speak. It seemed that all of his men worshipped him but feared him at the same time. One of the men cleared his throat before he spoke. "The Dark Elves are not too far from here, a few minutes into the forest and-" the other man interrupted him, he seemed a bit on edge. "They were fighting one of their own, they seem to be quite distracted. If we go now then we can catch them off guard." they both smiled at Brishen, they knew that he would be pleased with this information. "Though we should still be cautious," one added, the other nodded. "Rushing would not be a smart idea either way."

"You two can lead us to them since you know their whereabouts, though don't wander too far from me." Brishen turned and looked over the crowd of men, they had fallen silent as one by one they noticed that he was looking at them now. "Listen now!" he barked, they stood straight and clenched their weapons in their hands. "Follow me and these two men, we now know the whereabouts of the Dark Elves." the men nodded and as Brishen began to walk with the two men they followed. Though he didn't get too far before Uldric approached him, Brishen raised an eyebrow at his condition. "What happened to you?" he asked though really he didn't care too much. Uldric let out a heavy breath, he had been running. "Your damn sister!" he hissed, he still held his broken nose in his hand. "She broke my fucking nose and nearly tore off my tongue!" Brishen roared with laughter, Uldric was slightly surprised by his reaction. "I have no time for this," Brishen said then pushed past him. "Go care for yourself, I will talk to my sister after this but I doubt that she would do that to anyone without a good reason." Brishen didn't give Uldric a chance to speak again, he quickly left with his men. He knew of the incident between Judith and Uldric some years ago and a few other incidents that involved Uldric and women. Brishen wouldn't be surprised if Uldric was up to no good again. He probably deserved worse than a broken nose and sore tongue.

A few of the other dark elves he had fought before were laying on the ground one being dead and the other two being wounded, but probably well enough to being dead with the light elves coming this way. He still held the general down with the sword tip pressed against his neck, his expression was far from amused he really looked pissed if it came down to it.

The man on the ground finally seemed to snap as he started laughing suddenly. "Tsk what the hell are you laughing at" Rhyldrin growled at him but the man seemed to go on laughing. Whatever he found funny was not going to go over well for Rhyldrin. The few remaining elves from this little ambush kept their distance one one seemed to notice something was up.

He finally stopped laughing as he answered Rhyldrin's question. "We were never going to pull this plan off, the scout that had the first order was killed and the light elves took the paper from his body." He started laughing again finding this funny. "You can't take on whatever force they put together to take this little group out.. " He gave Rhyldrin a smile though it was a dark one "one way or another your end is tonight, but it seems the light elves will have the spoils of such a feat."

This pushed Rhyldrin over the edge he was already pissed at the idea they were going to use Judith to get whatever they wanted out of him and that weakness being know needed to die with this general. But the idea that he just walked into a trap where they planned it this way after the first mission wasn't going to be executed pushed that last bit of restraint aside as he forced the blade forward and flicked it to the side making sure to fully sever the neck.

The other soldiers that heard this looked at Rhyldrin and one backed up a few steps. What were they suppose to think the general was dead and they were just told this was a suicide mission. He was going to tell them to get the hell out of here if they valued their lives... but that wasn't going to happen as a arrow seemed to appear in one of the standing soldiers chests before he fell over.

"tsk.. just what i needed.." He hissed out before turning and slamming his sword into a light elf that had tried to get the jump on him. Pulling the blade back he glared a bit at the numbers that seemed to be coming from no where. 'all of this for a mere ambush party.. what the hell was on that paper!' That paper either had some record of a massive invasion army or the commander of this light elf group just wanted to ensure his troops victory.

Most of the light elf soldiers that got within blade distance of Rhyldrin fell in seconds, he wasn't giving them a inch and he wasn't about to just roll over due to the numbers. No he was too stubborn for that, though in he back of his mind he feared he would have to cross blades again with Judith, that would be his luck right. But for the time being he didn't see any red heads the commander or her. Probably was for the best he'd lose in his current state if the commander was as good as rumors say...

( such a lame fight - kicks self - )

Judith's feet pounded against the ground as she ran. Why did it seem as if she couldn't find any peace? All she had wanted to do was rest for the night, to have energy finally but she had to be disturbed by that scum bag. Then she was told about attacking the Dark Elves, then Uldric coming into her tent just moments ago. Her head was pounding so hard the she almost couldn't think clearly. I should have killed that bastard, she thought bitterly. Why had she not killed him? If she had then she wouldn't have to deal with him in the future. Don't think that this is over, that's what he had told her before leaving. Uldric deserved more than a broke nose, sore tongue and a sore head from her bow. Though Judith could easily do harm to him she couldn't bring herself to take his life. She was too kind even to the enemy, soon enough she would cause her own death if she didn't change.

She had not ran too far from the camp, the light that surrounded it reflected off of her eyes as she looked back. Thankfully she had been able to avoid any Light Elves, by the time she had left most of them had gathered around her brother to listen to what he had to say. Judith let out a heavy breath, she wondered if finally she could be alone. "You're a pretty one," Judith turned and her eyes landed on a lone Dark Elf.

Judith didn't have the chance to speak before he drew his blade and swung it at her. Judith felt the material of her shirt split open, exposing her stomach, she breathed in sharply waiting to see red but he had not touched her flesh. As he swung at her again Judith brought her bow up allowing it to take the hit. It was better to damage her bow than to receive a wound that could potentially be fatal. She could always have this one fixed or purchase a new one. He pulled his blade away from her, he seemed frustrated that he had not been successful at shedding blood, "Damn Light Elf," he hissed. When his blade struck her bow a second time it snapped in half. The Dark Elf brought his free hand to her neck and tightly wrapped his fingers around it. Judith quickly reached for her dagger, he was a fool to think that she would give up so easily and allow him to take her life. Judith quickly brought the dagger to his neck then slide it across his flesh, he dropped his weapon to the ground. The Dark Elf sunk to the ground with his hands pressed against his neck. Judith kept her eyes on him until he no longer breathed.

Judith breathed out but quickly held her breath as she felt a sudden pain. She pressed her hands against her stomach, they felt warm and wet as she brought them away. "Fuck," she mumbled, the Dark Elf had slid his blade across her stomach before she did the same to his neck. Though at least it didn't seem as deep as she had feared it might be, she would certainly live. She still needed medical attention of course.

There seemed to be less of the dark elves left as the time went on this wasn't looking good. Rhyldrin may have killed his own kind before but about this time the back up was nice to have. Sinking his blade into yet another light elf and pulling it back he spotted the red haired commander of this group. 'shit.. with this many why bother coming to the front lines' he hissed in his thoughts before backing away.

He didn't have the energy to keep up in a fight against anyone with half decent skills. He needed to avoid the commander at all costs that was certain. Though his thoughts of retreating were disrupted as a light up came up behind him and nearly landed a good hit to his neck. Though he manged to notice and move or at least avoid most of the blade as he spun and slammed his weapon into it. Though the light elf did manage to nick his shoulder a bit in the process.

This bold solider was rewarded as Rhyldrin moved his other blade across his stomach and let him fall to the ground, he'd bleed out soon enough. "tsk.. I'm going to end up getting killed if I stick around here.. " He sighed under his breath tough it was from a lack of energy instead of his normal annoyed sigh. The few dark elves that were left were keeping the light elves plenty busy minus a few that seemed to target Rhyldrin.. though none of them lasted more then a few seconds or past getting one strike off.

After slaying a few more of the light elves brave or dumb enough to come after him he finally managed to slip away from the fighting. Breathing heavily he kept from running, it would only wear him out faster and in the case he was seen leaving the battle he didn't want to be without any strength to fight. 'he was right there ... damn it' He hissed at himself in his mind knowing he wanted nothing more then to get revenge on that red haired elf for the wound from his child hood.

He walked for a while before he even noticed the wound on his shoulder as he put his hand over it to try and quell the bleeding a little. He'd have to deal with it later, stopping now to take care of it would be foolish. He was pretty sure he was headed in the right direction at least.. it'd take most of the night at this rate.. well and most of the day but he could make it to a sort of safe grounds then deal with the wound. He was lucky that a few scratches and that one gash was all he ended that miniature war with.

His ears twitched as he heard something near by. Pulling his hand from his shoulder he quickly had both blades in his hands and seemed more then ready to strike at whatever was near by. Standing there a moment he heard a slight noise again though whatever it was seemed to be trying to avoid being detected. This was still close to the light elf camp.. but it should have been far enough to not have any of the troops at least from the battle.

Keeping his weapons in hand he waited and stalked the slight movements he kept hearing from time to time till he narrowed down the area they were in. By this time he could hear the sound of someone breathing though it seemed slightly labored or at least out of breath.. Maybe it was a wounded light elf after all though he wouldn't have guessed what one it was.

He started to take the advantage on the unknowing light elf but stopped short a few feet from his strike. "Judith?" He questioned her, that wasn't what he was expecting by any means. Though he did quickly notice there was a dark elf corpse near by and that she seemed to be bleeding. He sighed a little putting the blades away, at the least this wasn't going to lead into a fight.. or he hoped not. "Your a mess.. " He finally said looking her over, there seemed to be blood all over her hand that was on her stomach and a bit on her face, he guessed from the dark elf where his neck was slashed.

He wasn't sure if approaching her was a good idea at the moment, not if she was still in a fight or flight mind set.. Waiting a few minutes he held both hands up for a second before walking over to her. "what the hell are you even doing all the way out here? The battles that way ya know?" He made a lazy gesture towards the direction he had came from in the first place though he knew she didn't want to be apart of that mess.. But it was odd she was all the way out here almost in the middle of no where let alone from the looks of it she was leaving the camp site.

"you don't have to answer that, but that wound needs attention either way" Going off the amount of blood it didn't seem that bad.. but it could cause her to become light headed if she was planning to let it go till the blood clotted to close it. Aside from that it would be hard for it to heal if it wasn't closed properly anyway, though he didn't see her accepting his help that easily.. thus why he never offered in the first place but instead made the suggestion.

Judith breathed out heavily, she had to have the wound stitched and bandaged to prevent an infection. Even though the bleeding couldn't kill her then an infection certainly could. Though it wasn't deep she couldn't allow it to bleed any more than it already had, Judith had began to feel a bit light headed as she pushed herself in the direction of the Light Elf camp. With her luck Uldric would be at the medical tent receiving attention for the wounds that she had given him.

Judith had not moved far from the Dark Elf's body before she heard a sudden noise. Her ears shot up and she listened curiously, was it another one? In her current state she could only take so much. When she heard her name her heart throbbed in her chest, she was happy to see a friendly face. Though she wondered how friendly Rhyldrin would be considering how he had tried to kill her just the other day and considering what was happening tonight.

"I-" she hesitated to speak, really she couldn't explain why she had chosen to wander so dangerously close to the forest. What had she expected to happen? She should have known better than to do so with all of the Dark Elves about. "I'm an idiot, that's why." she mumbled quietly to herself. Did she really look that bad? She wondered if her face had bruised from Uldric striking her earlier, her wrists had bruises from him holding them so tightly.

"I didn't know where to go, I shouldn't have come so close to the forest. I should have thought of something else but really my mind isn't in the right place right now." she laughed quietly to herself, thinking about it even more made her feel worse. "I just had a run in with one of the Light Elves, I didn't want to stay at the camp knowing that he would cause a fuss and blame me for the entire situation so... I fled." she looked up at Rhyldrin and smiled weakly. Judith didn't feel like going into details really. "I can get treated in the camp, why are you worrying about me?" she seemed to be teasing him. Though she wondered if he really was concerned for her well being. It was kind of cute. She stumbled a bit, nearly falling over in the process.

Listening to her say she was a idiot he nodded a bit "I'd agree with that, for someone who says they don't want to kill.. remind me to stay off your bad side" It wasn't the smartest idea that she choose to venture off on her own not with the whole miniature war going on almost outside of the light elf encampment by now. Though he could hardly say anything about her killing a dark elf.. he probably just killed three of his own and then at least 6 or so light elves.

She had a slight mark on her face and her wrists were marked up, he knew that this fight wasn't the cause of them .. but she seemed to not want to go into details so he'd leave it at her being a idiot as her excuse. Though the markings made him question how different light elves were from dark elves if they pulled such stunts with their own.

He listened to her again explaining a little more why she left the camp, it added up a bit more now and it confirmed what he had thought had happened from the start. Though he wasn't sure what to tell her in truth .. if she didn't feel safe at the camp of her own what was he suppose to tell her. Then again he never felt safe with his own kind either so it wasn't that strange to him. He didn't say anything that he could guess something like that happened or that he could figure out a few details without her telling him just by the markings.

"tsk well go back to camp then, I'll go about my way and leave you here" He started to turn and walk away from her meaning what he had just said though he stopped and seemed to hesitate doing so after she seemed to nearly fall over. It half caused him to flinch but he caught himself from doing so 'why do you care.. damn it you have your own problems without adding to them' he scolded himself for bothering to waste his time he should have just kept going.

He started to keep to his words of leaving her where she stood.. but it seemed to eat away at his thoughts if he did that. His ears went back a little as he grew annoyed at his own thoughts before he spoke. "you have two choices either you start walking or I'm going to do something you won't like" He didn't explain what he was going to do .. but he was going to wait and see if she started walking or not and even then he didn't think she was going to get that far.

Judith watched Rhyldrin for a moment, wondering what she could possibly say to him. "I don't like to shed blood but if someone is going to threaten my life or cause me harm then I will defend myself." she seemed a little bitter as she spoke. The last thing that Judith wanted to do was take the life of another but she wouldn't allow herself to die. "I value my life quite a bit, even if you intended to harm me then I would defend myself." she smiled at him, though if he went to harm her now she barely had the energy to defend herself properly.

"What are you going to do if I can't walk?" she asked, Judith pressed her hand against her wound, she cringed at the feeling of it throbbing. She had been wounded before but had not received a wound of this size, it was new to her. Judith wanted to walk, she pushed herself to take a few steps but then it felt as if she continued her damn legs would give in. She didn't know how much blood she had lost by now, she felt rather light headed. "Fuck it," she mumbled quietly to herself. "I can't walk, I feel as if I'm going to collapse."

Sounded like a answer she'd give him, he deserved that snappy retort really. He was teasing her after all knowing that she didn't like killing yet she was forced into a situation where she had to. He didn't say anything, really he didn't want to get her worked up she was already in bad enough shape without her getting a temper with him.

Crossing his arms he simply stood there watching her, sure she was trying but it was easy enough to tell it was a struggle. He just repeated himself when she asked what he was going to do. "Like i said you won't like it" Really truth be told he wanted nothing more for her to just walk back to her damn camp and then he wouldn't have to do what he was about to.. He already had enough problems without adding to them and recently they seemed to fall into his lap.

He sighed after she spoke again he could have told her that just by looking at her. "Don't say I didn't warn you.. and if you scream I swear by the goddess I'll drop you on the spot." He seemed to be warning her though it was hardly a fair one as he walked towards her and suddenly picked her up, sure in normal cases he'd have just slung her over one shoulder and carried her that way but it probably wasn't the best idea with the wound she had. So instead it was a forced bridal style so to speak.

He started walking though it was hardly towards her camp, not like he could just walk her to the camp anyway and he wasn't sure he trusted whoever she was trying to avoid in her current state.. if she was in good health he might care a bit less. "Don't say I didn't warn that you wouldn't like it.." He still never mentioned where he was going to take her to, though it was the only place he knew to bother going to or at least knew that had the supplies he needed to tend to her wound and his shoulder.. carrying her was hardly helping.

Though she still had the option to complain or tell him to put her down, he'd leave her to her own then if she wanted to be that stubborn. Though she hardly put a fight up when he first picked her up.. so he really doubted she was going to have the energy to complain too much.

Judith bit her tongue when he warned her not to scream, she didn't feel like being dropped and left on the ground as she bled out. Judith looked away from Rhyldrin, for a moment her cheeks burned and became red. For the first time in what seemed like forever she felt comfortable. "How romantic," she said teasingly, she looked up at him and smiled. "Do you always care this much for others or am I an exception?" her eyes wandered over Rhyldrin, she wondered what was making him do such a thing. He didn't have to help her, he could have just left her there to care for herself. She couldn't even begin to imagine the trouble that he would get in if he was spotted brining a Light Elf to safety. Judith closed her eyes, they felt rather heavy and she felt sleepy. Though she wouldn't allow herself to fall asleep in his arms, she wanted to know where he was taking her.

Though she wanted to trust Rhyldrin she couldn't let her guard down even for a second. Even if they had been friends as children and seemed to get along as adults for now he could easily turn on her and decide that she wasn't worth saving or perhaps he didn't plan to save her at all. He could always be tricking her. Judith felt small in his arms, she had not thought about it before this but he really was quite tall and much bigger than herself. "Am I heavy?" she asked curiously, she wondered if her weight was nothing to him. Judith had a small frame, she was a tiny little thing compared to Rhyldrin.
