Psychic poisoning huh, had a problem recently?

And as for Lammas . . . i'm hoping to do some baking, you know, bread cakes and such, and take a walk, but if the weather's a bit naff and i can't get my hands on the stuff i'm doing something today; pickling beetroot of all things lol.
