I'm not quite sure how you could call Fat Chocobo "decent" except in the same vein that you might call Manekimewdra "decent" -- an HP stat stick that you can shove in if you're team-cost-constrained and desperately need more HP than anything else you can fit in the slot. Its active skill is BARELY useful; it's an orb refresh plus skill booster that you can't skill up. (Okay, you can skill it up ONCE, but you have to blow a Shynpy on it, because it's impossible to get another Fat Chocobo.)

Yeah, she seems decent for a healer team. I need to get that Meiko one eventually though, she's AWESOME on a healer team, even more so if she's a friend leader. :3
