O-o I usually use post styles like a sandwich or just above my text... and I use the normal sized text XD

lol does the post style I showed you seem too eye catching? Cause I usually use this font/sized text with it though my text is usually a dark red colour like this

the height has to be 350pixels or smaller

hmmm.... so it's still too large?

wait... it should be fine... I just checked in photoshop looking at the canvas size in pixels... said the height was 225 or something like that and the width was 400 something pixels
