But now I don't know if I should read the manga before or after finishing the anime.. >.<

Probably wanna finish one before starting th other, or you might get confused between the two. Haven't seen the anime, but there might be some inconsistencies.

haha. Nope.. Probably has a lot to go by the looks of it.. And sadly they might even break soon and do a second season.. I think its at 18 or 19 episodes so far.
