if i'm willing to let them run my life with my spirituality, which is something that should be wholly a personal choice, then what's that say for the rest of my life, you know? the mundane stuff. i want to run my own life, thanks. or attempt to, at any rate. :P

ok... it's been over an hour since i posted last... if this is considered double posting, i apologize. but i've been sitting here and... i've thought of something. what do you all think about drawing up circles? do you feel it's absolutely necessary no matter what? do you feel you can get away with doing spells and such without them all the time? do you feel a circle is just a waste of time?

If i'm only doing something like universal/cosmic mail-order (def: sending out a wish into the wider universe) then i don't bother. If i'm doing small spells, then depending on the spell i'll either just use a simple white-light bubble or not do it. I usually use proper circle-casting when i'm doing ritual spell-casting or if i want to.
For example, when i did tarot in that shop i worked in, there was a constant circle of protection around the room in which i did the tarot; no one else went in there, and i'd put a door in for when i had a customer. So when they decided to move me into the kitchen without my permission they broke circle. I was not in a good way over christmas, as you can imagine. :D Served them right; break a witch's circle and not only does the witch get backlash but so does the breaker. You ask permission before touching a witch's things because for a start it's polite, but it could also be a protected item and you don't wanna get hexed. This guy didn't understand that even after i left and couldn't understand why whenever he touched my stuff he felt awful til i came in to sort it out. Where there's a Witch, There's a Way ;)

*scoots in* blah. I'm never on these type of sites anymore @.@
Too busy with work and other stuff I guess.... I'm actually not getting enough hours right now so I'm looking into a second job.... Onto better news though!! I got a new computer a few days ago. It's a laptop, and it's nice and fast and AWESOME.....also it was on sale >.>' And...AND I got an ankh pendant awhile back, I wear it all the time now. It's cool with my mother cause she just thinks I like Egyptian history >3> I also plan on getting an ankh tattoo soon, I'm thinking maybe for my birthday, since I'll get some money from the family then... And...not much else exciting here. But I'm done with work for today, so if anyone is here, feel free to poke me >.> ![]()

I wear an ankh too Morticki. plain sterling silver and i never take it off except for when i had to take it off the chain and put it on the new cord. My tattoo's gonna be a pentagram though. Don't care what my mom says to disuade me it is going on my shoulder for my 21st!
Now then, without further ado, Tai-chan needed some info, and i decided you all need to hear about this absolutely awesome stone that i adore, even if it looks a little like crystallised snot: Moldavite is one of the rarest material on earth! It is a natural glass which is made by a huge meteorite impact in central Europe about 14,2 million years ago. Some detailes about the origin of Moldavites are still unknown but most of the scientists agree that Moldavites are no meteorites. Their chemical composition fits to the first sedimentary layers in the mother crater. No typical elements known from meteorites are enriched in the Moldavite glass. Against many writers who like to sell Moldavites as meteorites, the facts show that it is a product of the fusion of a meteorite with the earth. It is known as a tektite. Faceted Moldavites are intensified by the cutting process, and are commonly mistaken for diopside due to their intense green color. (conversely, an Elestial Quartz - more on that later - is weakened by faceting) Moldavites are exceptional stones and are among the most powerful gemstone tools for spiritual development and expansion of ones consciousness. The stone seems to engender and acceleration of one's inner growth and evolution. There are many stories of how others lives have been effected with the entrance of moldavite into one's life. Stories of jobs, relationships, life styles and possession which did not serve their highest path were rapidly released, and the newer evolutionary forms of the same objects appeared in their lives, as if by magic. Stories of visionary experiences, chakra activations, energy cleansing and the discovery of personal destinies, all associated with the addition of moldavite into a life. It is a highly transformative stone that engenders and strengthens connections, allows connection to higher realms and beings, and accelerates growth. Of course, we all know here that this does not happen overnight. The above plain text was taken from both what i know and some websites were i researched this stone. Another odd fact is that if you react "badly" at first to elestial quartz then you react well to moldavite; i'm proof of that. My dad and brother, lucky gits, can handle both without problems. If you feel ill, have a headache, or feel fuzzy in any way when you hold a stone in your hand (after making sure it's not a toxic one of course) do't worry, probably you really need that stone in your life and if you always have some on you then the "negative" effect dies down as the stone begins to work on you. ![]() Where there's a Witch, There's a Way ;)
