Well, I went swimming for an hour.

Pretty much did laps the whole time. So I may do a light workout later.
But as for right now? ... I'm debating between a veggie dog, a boca burger, or just a sammich for dinner.

yeah... But all of you guys mention eating little things that are less then 100 calories, and i'm sitting there, having just eaten over a thousand colories thinking about grabbing another plate... Plus I still need to get back into the habit of working out.

I can never lose weight. I've been on a 1000-1300kcal a day diet for over a year and I'm still over 11 stone. It sucks. Remembering I walk everywhere. Everyday.

It didn't use to be a problem, back when I was hiking every weekend. Ever since I stopped, I've been feeling fat and slow, but there is no way that I'll go back with my old hiking group.

The group leader is a major arse. He's the leader of my brother's Boyscout troop. Ran me and all the Eagle Scouts off. Me cause Girls 'can't hike' even though I was always in the lead, and the Eagles because even though he denies it the troop is an eagle farm.

I never into hiking BI. last time I hiked it was a school trip of pointleness and kids mad fun of me for taking so many pictures of rocks and try to take pictures of animal byut kids kept throwing rocks at them.
