Nice! Personally I prefer grilled mushrooms, maybe cooked in a skillet if mixed with a bit of wine.

They did, tonight I am baking some chicken in the oven and making some grits with honey butter, toast with aparegess.

Can never really cook too much. As long as there is some variety and it is good tasting and most importantly you enjoy it!
