probably over did it yesterday take a day or two break and you should only start off doing 3-4 days a week before you work up^^

i only suggest that because i was on a workout plan that lasted only like 10 minutes together at tops but i would NEVER do that everyday till i really worked up to it ^.^; i was sore like no tomorrow from the 10 minutes cause it makes sure to work your everyday muscles more then you normally do.

that and also rushing things could cause more damage then helping :)

actually 10-15 every day on a low setting would be a good start, low constant doses will be enough, you can work up from there to either doing it twice a day at your current time pace or build endurance by upping the time but it'll take a week or two first, if it stops feeling like work then you are ready haha

ok guys i want opinions, girl wants to use one of my pics for a reference for a base but she wants it to have legs, i need to know if....-ahem- the but is too big, it looks oddly long with the body

Choco's right you should start slow ^^ work you way up through a few weeks at a time like stay the same pace for a while till your comfortable with that much.
