427. What is the worst thing you ever did to someone?

Uh....so not just me, but kinda myself and other coworkers kinda were indifferent to hostile to..2 or 3 different coworkers and kinda....made them quit? Idk for sure if that was the full reason for all of them, but for sure it was for 1 of them.
But to be fair, one of them was a VERY creepy guy who admitted to one of the women that he had watched her on the cameras and had made a possibly racist comment to one of the others. And also lied to his family about quitting and instead told them that he had been fired by email.
And one of them was an insufferable know it all who seemed to think he was the center of the universe...
And the last was a loud, annoying alcoholic who definitely was inappropriate toward the men at work and was fixated on one of the married men.

Like, I don't feel good about it, but I never directly bullied them, I was just very indifferent and cold and would kinda just walk away from them unless it was something actually important for work.
