No, it's not Tsubasa, but it takes place at the exact same time as Tsubasa. The witch in Tsubasa is the same lady, and White Mokona is in it.

edits: o3o Greg Ayers is doing pretty well in this anime. He doesn't sound like a wimp.. sounds like a jerk now >w> not bad.. you've leveled up Greg..

I had the DVD collection circa high school. Read the manga before that. It was my next serious anime interest after Yu Yu Hakusho.
