Are pillows really that expensive? I suppose if you want a big one filled with feathers it can cost a bit but the other kinds arent all that bad in price?

no, they're not really. i get the extra firm, but not the ones with feathers. it's more my lazyness, really.

I like pillows with feathers best since they are firm yet you sink into them.
Thus they cover my ears and sounds wont bother me when sleeping.

the smaller feathers in a feather pillow come out sometimes and they come out pointy-side first when they do
