Back in 2012, Japan released a Live Action Rurouni Kenshin film starring Takeru Satoh as Himura Kenshin. Takeru Satoh is well known for his roll as Ryotaro Nogami in the Show Kamen Rider Den-O.

Now Japan as already started on 2 sequels to the movie. The first one Rurouni Kenshin: Kyoto Taika-hen is to come out August 2014. And Rurouni Kenshin: Densetsu no Saigo-hen is set to be released in September 2014.

Takeru Satoh is returning for both movies as Rurouni Kenshin.

The first movie was down right Awesome, I myself can't wait for the next 2. Another good news for ONE OK ROCK fans, Their new song "Mighty Long Fall" will be featured in Kyouto Taika-hen. Their song "The Beginning" was heard during the credits of the first movie.

Wait, they're making two more movies? That is incredibly good news, I had no idea. The first one was astonishingly great and well deserving of a sequel.

I just wish they would release an official translated version over here I could buy instead of having to watch it online.

I saw that and was really excited, but a lot of the reviews say it's a pirated copy and the quality is terrible, which put me off from buying it.

People keep saying that the sailor moon DVD set that i bought is pirated but it had this seal on it. I looked it up and that seal means they're allowed to sell them.



If i ever get to buy a copy i'll let you know if it has that seal on it or not.

Heh, all right. Because, I mean, the English-sub floating around online was pretty good, I thought, but the reviews on the DVD make it sound like it's awful, so I don't know if it's a different one or what.

if it is a pirated version the quality is probably terrible.

I remember stalking TV Nihon cause people were asking if they were going to sub the movie and they said the movie was getting a world wide release ._., I guess that didn't happen cause they ended up subbing the movie.

I saw the first movie and I loved it and can't wait to see the second one when it comes out. I hope they bring it here to the US that would be cool to see kenshin on the big screen
