I think my router may be going bad | #1
But I'm not sure.
I've got an amped wireless 10000G router (I think) But recently it will, once in awhile, kill my internet to where no webpages will load, but skype will still work. Everyone wants to blame the modem (but when the internet goes out that way, the phone does too and our phone was fine) until I reset the router a few times, usually the internet comes back. Is that a sign the router is going out? Or?

It's a sign that your router is cheap. It's bad, but not because it's getting old or wearing out.
What you're seeing is the router's internal routing tables getting filled up. Existing connections will continue to work but the router won't know how to keep track of new connections that you try to make. Resetting the router clears the memory and lets you start fresh. Better routers have more RAM to have a larger routing table and know how to clean out the older routing entries when they haven't been used in a while. Edit: For the record, I dropped $120 on my router because it needs to handle no fewer than three computers at any given time and cheaper routers just can't keep up with that kind of load.
