Well, we are just doing a mini-con. So, we had to find a place and decide what was going on during it. It was kinda great. I hope it all works out honestly!

I know some people from the anime club back at my high school used to run a con every year or so
It was tiny but it turned out really nice

I'm sure everything will go nicely!

How far in advance did you start planning?

We started planning maybe two months? but it's a con that is literally, from 11am-3pm. Only couple of hours.

and it went so smoothly and had a lot of fun because it was small and not so strict of the rules
